I ordered a replacement part for a lamp and made the payment. After that, I received a notice that the item was not available, due to production problems. If this information had been made available on Design in Luce website, I would have chosen not to order. However, the customer support was very friendly and helpful. I finally received the item after 3 months.

Mrs. Barbara at Desegninluce was so kind to keep the communication going during the 1 month waiting time for the spare part from Artemide to be produced and shipped to Germany.
She really helped to maintain trust into this online process out of Italy.
The original lamp part was ordered online at Designinluce on April 14th and arrived well packed and safely on May 20th.
