Cannot fault the team at Design For Online at all. From start to finish, every request has been handled with a genuine “above and beyond” mentality. Nothing ever feels like too much trouble, and communication has been clear, friendly, and proactive throughout. The level of care and attention to detail really shows, and it’s refreshing to work with a team that clearly takes pride in what they do. I’m always impressed with the service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Double charged me for the last month and has not answered any emails, phone calls, or texts for months for a refund. I have had to go to small claims court to try to get this money back. As another user said, basic SEO missed. No Google analytics set up, countless faults left all over website that another SEO company found within 5 minutes of checking. Google still indexing old pages that were no longer on the website etc. Would not recommend.

Analysis done was full of inconsistencies could prove that problems that claimed were there with my site were not missed a lot of basics SEO issues. This puts into questions that other reports done canceled after 2 months see very little work done, Before signing up was also told would be contactable sometimes way 2+ days for replying to emails tried a number of times by phone no answer phone landline and mobile when questions were told "we are only a small business"

uses tools like SEranking.com for there SEO tasks even tho bots can be blocked by some hosts, can't even get a cancelation right as still receiving report emails after canceling. very poor.

Fast, friendly, experienced and went the extra mile for me when deadlines were tough to meet. Highly recommended!
