Easy purchase process, competitive and good quality product, very professional and polite customer services. Delivery was very quick and good. Highly recommend this supplier.

Initially, I was concerned as when I placed my order I didn’t receive any confirmation… having read some other reviews. Contacted the sales number, not available, emailed the sales address.
Craig responded saying there was a problem with the system.
Thought I might need to cancel my order, however the following day Craig chased the order with the supplier, arranged for them to ring me the following day to arrange a date.
Phone call received and radiator received with 5 days from ordering.
Would have given a 4.5 star review due to the initial problem, but service afterwards moved it to a 5!!!

Still waiting for an item that was ordered 2 weeks ago. Company do not bother to reply to any emails or messages and do not even bother to answer their phone. I regret having purchased from designerrads.co.uk
I do not know if my item will be delivered or I will get a refund. Please avoid this company.

Thank you for your reply Vicky. Indeed I received a delivery on 2nd November, but as you are aware you've sent me a different item to the one I ordered on 19th October. I immediately contacted you to inform you about your mistake and you've sent a courier to collect the wrong item. I am now waiting for a refund and was told it could take up to 30 days, but according to your website I 'should expect to see the refund within 14 working days'. I was a bit annoyed that you did not even propose to sort this order out and send me the correct item. I would have like to give you a better review for my first purchase from your company, but unfortunately my experience ordering from you has been stressful.

Excellent products and service from Craig and the team

It took over two weeks for my order to be delivered I rang the customer service number 10 times no one answers left voice mails no one got back to me I sent 4 emails before I got a reply. Customer service is the worst iv ever experienced

items did arrive in the end, but after a rather long delay, and communication from seller was rather sparse, although he did reply to all my emails

I wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering. I received my order in a timely manner but then the problems started. I received someone else’s return but have yet to receive my original order. Very slow responses and no one available to speak to. I have now requested my order be cancelled, yet to hear.

Follow up - the response from the business is not accurate. In 11/10 Craig wrote the following message “Apologies, we are awaiting stock due in on Friday. We will ship it overnight”. 9 days later no delivery and as of 6pm tonight no refund.

Quick delivery and communication

I ordered 3 led Scudo bathroom mirrors and was delighted with the service from Craig at Designer Rads.

Easily the best of online price for these mirrors which are a very classy addition to our bathrooms

Ordered what we thought was the correct radiator as per the picture and size. Arrived and looked on website to notice that only on scrolling all the way to the bottom, that there is a note that the picture is not the same as the item ordered. Returned radiator (our responsibility to pay for the return) to the address provided only to have the radiator attempted to be delivered on 3 occasions and no one be there to accept delivery. I have since made contact with designer rads as they eventually emailed to say they found the tracking information, but they have not responded to subsequent emails to follow up redelivery from their end. We did reorder a new radiator from them at the same time as returning the incorrect one. This is a nice radiator- the only reason I am giving 2 stars rather than 1. I have tried calling in numerous occasions, but never any response. Still out of pocket, and with a radiator somewhere with ParcelForce.

The staff were very helpful when I rang to check the tap would match my satin finish cupboard handles.
Delivered when expected.
