As an artist got accused of using AI, I had video evidence that I illustrated the design they didn't care.. don't waste your time as a consumer. They weed out all the talented artists so you end up with crap to choose from. Avoid DesignClown

The talent designers are from all over of the world and they do provide high quality works for me. I chose the one that I believe the most suitable for our company. They did a very good job!

Designcrowd is one of my primary source to get clients. And Iam happy with the experience. But the overall website experience felt outdated. Like browsing through the site feels like it's been made years ago. The UI UX need to be improved and to be made modern. Also some works are not ending completely, either the client don't pick a winner and the designers works have been get wasted. So it will be helpful if every contest have a fixed time frame and ease of payment etc.. 99design is a good example of a good experience. So if you guys update your experience properly design crowd can become really great.

Great experience and top service. I ended up receiving many more design submissions than I thought I would, and selecting a winner was a tough choice. Every part of the process exceeded my expectations, the customer service is fantastic. I absolutely will go this route again when AI need a new design.

Excellent, Fast, and, Talented. DesignCrowd is easy to use and we are so thankful a service like this exists. The designers are quick to respond and make changes.

The chat support system is extremely poor. They have no sense of professionalism.

My DesignCrowd account was running extremely well. I had a strong profile, consistent earnings, and great client feedback. Recently, on one client brief, I created concepts and then made variations. I did not know that variations had to be submitted using the “link to original design” option.

DesignCrowd emailed me about it, and I immediately acknowledged my mistake and accepted it professionally. Instead of guiding or warning me, they suddenly put my account under review without any valid explanation.

Despite having a well-established account and a positive track record, they treated my case with zero understanding.

To make things worse, one of my clients was about to finalize my logo. The client even messaged me for the last revision and right before I could submit it, DesignCrowd completely suspended my account.

I repeatedly contacted support, explained the situation, and requested them to reopen my account so I could at least complete the client’s work. But their support team shows no human empathy, no professionalism, and no sense of responsibility. It feels like they have staff who simply do not care about designers’ time, effort, or reputation.

Designers build their profiles with hard work, but DesignCrowd can shut everything down in a second without giving a proper reason or solution.

This level of behavior is unacceptable and extremely disappointing.
I would not recommend this platform to any serious designer until they fix their support system and start treating designers fairly.

Apparently, easy to get a really cool logo design!

Aljune was great to work with. Very responsive and great designs. It was an easy and professional process. I would happily use Aljune again!
