My day was made

My day was made by Kathleen from the customer support team. Yesterday I attempted to buy files from the dollar deal sale but my transaction refused to process. After numerous attempts I gave up but today I thought my items may still be in my cart let me try again. Unfortunately my cart was already empty which kind of made sense because the allocated hour has expired. I did send an email to let the team know about my problem hoping they would give me advice for future purchases should this happen again. It was not even five minutes later when Kathleen advised me that they can see that my bank declined the transaction but if I want to try again they loaded the deals in my cart for me. How awesome is that. I think my bank may have been offline because the transaction processed today. What a lovely response to my question. I am bowled over by the service and kindness I receive because in todays world that is rare. Thank you so much for going the extra mile for me especially because I am not a plus member

The Design Bundles marketplace and subscription library includes over 2 million products, offering a wide range of styles and creative methods. While some listings incorporate AI-assisted elements, many are entirely hand-drawn or traditionally created. To help our customers make informed decisions, we require all designers to be transparent about their use of AI, and this is clearly marked on every relevant product listing.

Great site and support

I like this site, it's very beautiful and convenient, both for the buyer and for the designer. And I like how the technical support works. I needed to change my email, but there were difficulties with receiving automatic letters. My issue was resolved in less than a day manually. Thanks for your help!

I am a little confused I was thinking…

I am a little confused I was thinking about signing up for this but the price is high for plus which states that you get unlimited designs, and use of all the tools. But then looking into it further it appears that the tools are not free. as it appears that you are charges per desin in ia. It is really hard to find out how many credits that you get for a plus program and I am not understanding why you are charged for the using the tool or at least the designs that you make as you are paying a pretty hefty yearly fee. Shoudl credits have to be used for anything? It seems to me all should be free as long as you pay the yearly plus membership fee. I hoep that I am wrong that you are charged and I was hearing the wrong. It appears that it is a great program great tools beautiful designs but can add up very quickly. Please give me the low down on all of this as I sam still very intrested but do not understand?

Wow, amazing customer service!

Wow! This company is based in the UK I believe, and they have gone above and beyond to help me figure out an automatic payment method. My bank did not think it was a good idea to use that account. It took me 3 months or so, because my life is so busy and I didn’t even have time to check email much. Thankfully, my plan is exactly the way I want it and I can get anything I want very easily. Everything I’ve already purchased is restored. Nothing went away. I’ve used several different kinds of content over many years and I’m excited to see the future with AI added. I would highly recommend this company. Their customer support has been some of the best I’ve worked with! Thank you, Design Bundles!!!

I’ve been with design bundles a few years now and always love to shop for fonts and things , the customer service is outstanding as usual, I live in the US and there a time difference of 5 hours and they are pretty fast to respond and resolve issues or just answer questions . I cancelled twice

I cancelled twice; they took the money twice. They hide the ability to cancel by manipulating the font colour, which is against WCAG standards and 100% will fail EAA 2025 not that they would care as they do not have an Accessibility Statement. Once the request to cancel is clicked, it returns 4 ‘Are you sure?’ offers, which are 90% off. They took money from my account; I do not have card details in their database alongside my account information, so they store that separately. Terms and Conditions are unclear, and there is no clear contact us, nor is there someone appointed at the business within the terms. EDIT: So I see you have only reached out here and not by email so: Hi Design Bundles,

I am writing to raise a formal complaint regarding the unauthorised charges made to my account despite multiple cancellation attempts.

I attempted to cancel my subscription twice, and on both occasions, your system deliberately obscured the cancellation pathway. Specifically:

The “Cancel” option is visually hidden via manipulated font colours, which fail basic WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards and would be non-compliant under the European Accessibility Act (EAA) 2025.

When accessed, the cancellation flow subjects users to four aggressive confirmation steps, including last-minute discount offers. This pattern is designed to create friction and deter cancellation.

Despite successful cancellation attempts, I have now been charged twice. Unfortunately, I don't store my payment details within my account, which means your system retains and processes sensitive payment information outside of the user-facing account environment, raising concerns over transparent data handling.

Additionally:

Your Terms and Conditions are unclear and do not mention an assigned business contact or DPO (Data Protection Officer).

Your site does not have an accessible ‘Contact Us’ method, which violates the minimum requirement for user redress under most consumer laws.

I require the following actions to be taken within five business days:

A full refund of all unauthorised charges (which you have made 2).

Written confirmation that my account and stored payment data have been permanently deleted.

A direct contact name/email for accountability and escalation purposes.

If I do not receive a satisfactory response, I will escalate this matter to the appropriate regulatory bodies, including the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) and relevant consumer protection authorities.

Please consider this a formal request under both UK GDPR and Consumer Rights legislation.

**The company issued a refund, but only contacted me through Trustpilot - the only reason I am bringing my review up is due to reconciliation and it's unfair to leave bad reviews linger but the website is not clear due to the colour of the writing on the cancellation and the background to it. It is supposed to be clearly defined so a user with poor sight could see it. This can be deceiving or feel slightly back-handed.

2. Cancelling Your Membership
The option to cancel is always available within your Account, under the Membership Details section, clearly labelled as “Cancel Plus Membership.”

As part of that process, customers are sometimes shown a one-time discount offer before confirming cancellation. This is a common practice across many subscription services, and it’s entirely optional — the offer can be declined with a single click to continue the cancellation. There are no additional steps beyond that. That said, if anything felt unclear or didn’t function as expected for you, we’d be happy to review it further.

3. Support Access and Contact Details
Our Help Centre is linked in the footer of every page on our website and includes full support options, including direct contact through mail@designbundles.net. Our business name and address are also listed in both our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.

4. Named Contact / Data Protection
We’re not legally required to appoint a named Data Protection Officer under UK GDPR. However, our data protection responsibilities are handled by a designated team. Any GDPR or privacy-related queries sent to mail@designbundles.net are reviewed and managed in accordance with the law.

5. Payment and Data Handling
We don’t store any payment card details ourselves. All billing is securely processed by Stripe, a fully PCI-DSS compliant third-party provider. This is industry standard and is explained in our Terms.

6. Data Deletion Request
If you'd like to proceed with full deletion of your account and all personal data under your UK GDPR rights, please let us know and we’ll take care of that for you.

Great customer service!

I was so surprised by the kindness of the support regarding my account during a medical situation where I could not visually access my acct. I was afraid I was going to lose the credits I had earned. George on the team was able to offer suggestions of how I could better manage my acct through this temporary need. I was able to pause my acct for a few months and not lose the credits I have gathered. So I could heal. He was so kind, courteous, quick and knowledgeable to resolve my issue. And of course the products are great on this site. Thank you more then words!
