My Excellente Logo Design
My logo design looks amazing! I have been working on a design for a while now and Design.com showed up & did Not disappoint! I like the other services they offer but I am not in position to use them now. Overall, the annual service fee is very reasonable, they have a multitude of various designs and the site is easy to use.

SCAM!!!!
I would rate it as a SCAM.
First, because they refuse to issue EUR invoices for EU customers and they cannot get their VAT refunded.
Second, you can work on 20 logos before to like only one and you should be very careful which logo edition you will choose, because AFTER purchase, you will learn that what you choose is what you actually buy! Its a lie that you can edit your logo and save it for later - NO, you cannot!
Third, Customer service answers randomly to your questions and with a huge delay gets your point! It offers you solutions that go against any normal trading ethics! SHAME ON YOU!!!!
Overall, quite DISAPPOINTING service, that I would rate as a big SCAM!
ASK your questions PRIOR purchase, so to do not get disappointed, because they wont return you the money, but would kindly offer you a new charge!
A waste of time and money!
Its my first time seeing such kind of a SCAM, so BE AWARE!!!!!
