Food is packaged very good but that’s about all, for the prices they charge you would expect much bigger portions , they advertise it would feed 3-4 people but in reality it’s only enough for 1…2 people would struggle to eat a proper meal.
Also food is not chilled, it’s frozen and does not taste anything like royal nawab.
Food tastes very bland and the texture is just wrong when warmed up , like it’s been frozen for months
Save yourself some money and buy from the local Indian shop and I can guarantee it will be better than this

Really really bad service , I’ve been trying to contact them for last three days via emails and phone but no one answers, been on the phone for over an hour but no one to answer, if anything goes with your order then forget about contacting them because no one is there. Awful awful experience so far. I’ve ordered food for party on specific day but got text from dpd that it will be deliver day later so tried to contact Desi eats but no joy. What a rubbish service

We ordered some curries and biryani but food look very unappetising and were tasteless.Curries had the texture of jar baby food. Please don't order from them. Support your local takeaways you won't regret it.

We recently ordered food from Desi Eats and opted to collect it a few hours before dinner. When we got it home we were disappointed as it was frozen solid. Not chilled as advertised. Phoned them up and were told ‘chilled means frozen’. Very disappointed and ended up waiting till the next day then found the starters average (chicken wings & lamb kebabs) and main dishes chicken curry and lamb biriyani way below average.
Only saving grace was the mattar paneer was tasty. Definitely won’t be ordering from them again.

Easy to order and fast delivery with 1 hour delivery slot given on day of arrival.
Chicken Karahi ,vegetable biryani and gulab jamun were good. The Lahore channa was bland and tasted like food served on an airplane in economy class!

Wow is the only word I have. I want to be a part of this brand as I see it go big.

System error led to non delivery but management have worked hard to make amends. Looking forward to a wonderful meal this evening.

Our delivery order for Mother's day had an item missing. I emailed Desi eats to ask for a refund for the charged item only to be told that they have a no refund policy! I explained that it was not my fault that they forgot to send me the item and I should be refunded. They completely ignored my email! Very disappointed and very poor customer service. Also unable to speak to management on the phone!
There are better companies out there to order Indian food from and I won't be ordering from Desi eats again.

Ordered for Mother’s Day and oh my firstly the packaging was beautiful, quality of food was just divine, and I must say portion sizes were a lot more than I expected. Could not fault the taste just delicious, looking forward to order soon when we can have friends and family around I’m excited. also loved the special mug as a gift. Lovely gesture.

There were items missing and one main dish damaged & leaked in transit. Tried to call and email but had no reply.
After 3 days got a reply that they are sorry & they will have a new promotion code in a few days. Refused to Refund or Send missing or damaged items.

Food is ok but very bad Customer Service. If you have any problems with Delivery good luck resolving it.
Try to pay by PayPal or Credit Card that way if you have any issues you could open a dispute with your card provdier for a Refund.

You have a fantastic idea and great execution but results are slightly disappointing. Although your website, delivery, packaging are excellent, the food itself was not what we expected from an affiliation with Nawab. BBQ is good but not great, lamb biryani meat was tough and no one I know has enjoyed the curries. Would love to reorder if you up your food game.

Good service, beautiful packaging and most importantly- wonderful food! Our favourites are butter chicken and chilli paneer!

Rubbish people and organisations I call them seven time today and nobody answer the phone and they advertising on TV channel all crap all rubbish online order restaurant ever I seen my life please don't order ignore them disorganized

I ordered the food for Mother’s day. The box was broken and was food spilling out. The portion for desserts was incorrect. I ordered 3 portions and got only one delivered.The portions are quite small compared to the amount charged and other takeaways or ordered food. The food is not of the same taste as in restaurant.
Seriously disappointed.
