Very bad experience
We went on a desert safari with DFT Safari Dubai last week, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience.
From the beginning, the driver “AMIN” who picked us up was extremely rude, aggressive, and visibly angry. It made us feel unsafe and very uncomfortable, especially since we were traveling as a family. My wife, in particular, felt very uneasy throughout the ride.
We had requested during the booking that we sit together, but the driver insisted on separating us. When we politely mentioned our request, he reacted harshly and even told us to get out of the car, saying, “You have to listen to what I say.”
On the way back to the hotel, he suddenly stopped the car, claiming he needed to fill the tire with air. However, it quickly became clear that the real reason was to pressure everyone in the vehicle to leave a positive review and not to write anything negative about him. It felt like we were being forced to give a good review, which I ended up doing just to avoid further issues.
Overall, the experience was unprofessional and quite distressing. I would not recommend this company and will definitely not be using their service.

Had an amazing day. Pick up in Dubai Marina went smooth and our guide Amir was very friendly. We drove to the desert where we enjoyed quad riding and later had a lot of fun dune bashing with the 4x4. There was plenty of time sandboarding and taking pictures. Food was great and even the live performances were impressive (normally not a fan of these). We really felt that our guide Amir took good care of our group and made sure we always had everything we needed. Exciting morning in the dunes
My family and I had a wonderful time on this excursion. Nooramin was an outstanding guide. He was prompt, personable, accommodating, and skillful - especially when it came to the off-road dune bashing experience. The scenery was beautiful and I recommend going as early in the morning as possible if you want it serene. I also recommend the ATV add-on as it’s really fun and unique.

It was so perfect and excellent tour with the tour guide Nooramin. He was so friendly and nice. We were booked our tour with our infant and he explained us everything accordingly and have a really smooth travel on dunes and we enjoyed a lot.
