Never received my debit card in the…

Never received my debit card in the mail, I had to physically go to a branch office. They printed a card for me told me to call the number to activate it. Couldn’t activated, needed to call them directly. I called, was on hold for a while, then come to find out there was an issue printing my debit card, had to wait a long time in the phone for them to activate it.

New account/Bad experience.

I opened a new account with a check from the Credit Union I belonged to in Indiana. I was told it would take a couple of days before I would have access to the funds, I was not told there would be a 7 day wait for access. The check was withdrawn from my Credit Union the day after it was written, yet I was required to wait 6 more days to have access to the funds.

I went in for a loan and she made me a…

I went in for a loan and she made me a checking and savings account that I had to pay for. She told me it would help with my chances of getting approved and then I didn't get an answer. She wouldn't sign me up for a loan or even attempt she signed me up for $1000 overdraft allowance! I NEEDED A LOAN AND SHE DID EVERYTHING BUT WHAT I ASKED FOR. NOW I HAVE AN ACCOUNT I WILL NEVER USE! Worst bank ever, they DON'T care what you want, they WILL take your money though! Wish I could rate 0 stars!

your overdraft fees are WAY too much...

I had forgotten to transfer money to my account, made three small purchaces for about a dollar or two a pop, adding up to maybe $5 overdrawn by accident... and y'all triflin' ass mf's charged me $30! A! Charge! i had to pay 90 in overdraft fees... for $5!!!!. seriously debating changing banks again bc shame on y'all for that lol
