Customer to pay penalty even though Desenio is delayed in delivering


Will not order from Desenio again and will advise others not to - especially during this Christmas holiday season if you are travelling.

Good things first: customer service responded very quickly, within mins which was nice (although it went downhill from here on - see Negatives)

Negatives: Delivery has been delayed by Desenio - promised within 3-6 business days but parcel is late. Emailed customer service and Emma, the officer, offered no help and had just asked me to wait (no offer of even checking in with their delivery partner). I had then advised that I’ll be traveling shortly and if the parcel delivery is further delayed that I may not be able to collect this. I was then told, rather coldly, that I will then be charged a “no -collection fee”. Surprised this would be so as the delay was on Desenio’s part and had asked Emma to explain but no explanation was made save that it “is outlined in our Terms & Conditions” (which she repeated multiple times).

Can’t tell if it was a bot or a real person but either case, the service is appalling and for a customer to be charged because they the company is late on their delivery is astonishing and fundamentally unfair.

Shop with them at your own risk.

Better to shop at other sites such as PSTR Studio which I can highly recommend. I had the same experience of late delivery but the customer service was excellent - active damage control (offered a voucher) and also checked in with their delivery partner and also offered twice daily updates as to parcel tracking. Shop there instead. Excellent tracking and personalised customer service committed to making it work for the customer.

Website is not use friendly. I was not able to pay using my Mastercard but only worked with Apple Pay.

I do not recommend Desensio

I do not recommend Desensio.

The paper used for the prints is poor quality and not sturdy at all meaning that ripples in the paper can be seen across the print when framed.

The frames are extremely bad quality and definitely not worth the price.

However, when I did contact Desensio they were very quick to offer a replacement or a refund so I am satisfied with the end result.

In my view, don’t waste your time - the quality is very poor and delivery is slow.

Do not order if based in UK

Do not order if based in UK

Order tracking and delays were a joke and customer service response time was a joke.

EDIT: How do I contact you? I have been in constant communication and nobody has helped make it right?

EDIT 6th Nov: Somebody has got to me with the same info. I had an order confirmation stating my order would be delivered between 3rd and 6th Nov but Desenio changed the parameters and are still charging £5.95 delivery charge. Desenio now saying they might not deliver until 11th Nov.

Some other sites I have used that I can recommend over Desenio and delivery quickly with proper tracking include: PTSR Studio, GoodMood Prints and Abstract House

Costs almost £10 to return anything

We tried to return a frame which cost £11.95 and they told us it would cost almost £10 to return it. When I questioned why, they said it was administrative costs. I don’t know any other company that does this. I’m now left with a frame I don’t need as it doesn’t make sense to return for a refund of £1.95. Very disappointing and poor customer service.

They hide real reviews. Beware of them. Prints have massive white borders which is very aesthetically unpleasing. Would not recommend. No value for money.

Beautifully designed website.
Loved all the designs, a little bit price,y but does occasionally do amazing deals, and I got such a good price for 4 prints really can't complain. I hope the rest of my experience is as seamless as the website experience.
