Didn’t let me know the items I ordered were delayed because they weren’t actually in stock. First customer service person hung up on me. Second was honest. Customer service reached out after original review and made the situation right. I truly appreciate this.

Understand your response. It would be helpful if when you put the code in that it states already discounted or product not available for discount. Your phone message asked for codes - RETURN10 and WELCOME15 and 20.

When certain brands are discounted live on site for any given sale we are running, this will often deactivate any coupon codes since the discount is already live on site. Very slow delivery.
I know that the pandemic has affected things like packaging and shipping times, but it seemed very long between when I ordered and when I received the package. (The pkg was only traveling from LA to San Diego so not a long distance.) Can I suggest adding a disclaimer that delivery times might be delayed due to the current situation? If I'd known it would take so long to get my item, I probably wouldn't have ordered online. I'd have picked it up from my dermatologist despite the slightly higher cost.
