Fits just right!
Very supportive and my head just seems to fit in the groove with ease when I turn in my sleep from back to sides. At first I thought it looked too small but I think it is just right! Happy with my purchase though I have seen cheaper models.

I bought two Ergo pillows
I bought two Ergo pillows, which are excellent, but when I went online to purchase a third one, they sent me a shrink-wrapped pillow, not the butterfly pillow I expected.
Four e-mails to their service centre were bounced as unobtainable.
Today, I rang their services, only to be told that as I had opened the parcel, refunds were also unobtainable. How was I to discover that it was the wrong pillow, without opening it?
DON'T BUY FROM DERILA. THEIR AFTER-SALES HELP IS ZERO!
