Good product

Had an issue with my endoscope that was almost 2 year old thought I would have to purchase new parts .when I contacted Depstech they said it was under warranty and they sent me a newer more expensive model at no extra cost .

Great stuff, very capable inspection camera. High quality feel, too. The inspection cable is long, although, somewhat sadly, this model does not feature an articulating camera head (a more expensive model does though). On the other hand, it has three cameras - one facing the front, and two on the sides.

Excellent features, the remote has so many adjustments, my favorite is the lighting. Excellent privacy feature as well. Have been using it for 2 days and I really like this product. Highly recommend it.

Solid product with a great price point. I purchased a borescope to inspect chainsaw cylinders for damage, without having to remove a carb or muffler (through the spark plug hole). The new saws have a pretty small opening. The dual lens allows me to see all angles without too much effort. The side camera has plenty of detail and a small enough focal length to make this perfect.

My only complaint in my whole experience is with USPS for having an essentially useless tracking system. This is not a problem with Depstech or the product. I’m sure if someone was in a hurry and selected a different shipping option, the problem would be negated.

I had used this borescope at work, and decided to purchase one for my personal use at home. It quickly shipped and arrived in under two weeks.

I had a concern about my purchase. My confirmation e-mail receipt had an option to simply reply to the e-mail with any questions. Unheard of in all my experience. So I replied with my concerns/question. WOW! I was answered within 8 hours. Very Impressive and the concerns were addressed and complete on first try.

EASY ENOUGH, JUST WISH THERE WAS A COMPARISON FROM THE DIFFERENT MODELS. MIGHT HAD BEEN THERE BUT I DID NOT SEE IT. TRYING TO PICK THE UNIT I NEEDED AND COULD NOT QUITE UNDERSTAND THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE MODELS. BUT THAT MAY NOT BE IMPORTANT TO MORE AFFLUENT BUYERS, ME I USUALLY STRUGGLE.

They have a good product. I only re ordered because I gave mine to another technician and wanted another one. Arrived in great condition, again. Still easy to use. Clear cameras.

In the notes for the order I requested a gift receipt if that were possible. Receiving none I assume a gift receipt is not available, but it would have been helpful to have some feedback to know.

I used the DS700 to look into a baffled hydraulic tank on a skid steer and was able with the screw on hook get some debris out of the tank and see the internal condition of the tank. The DS700 done a fantastic job I would highly recommend this camera it provided excellent picture quality the only drawback I have found is it only came with a 16’ camera lead. Hopefully they will come out with a 5’ and a 50’ lead for it.
