Good communication with Depot Luxury, a reliable company with lovely items at a fair price.

So disappointed,
1. Contact: Pre buy - quick reply, post buy - no reply.
2. Item description: Website - Condition: Excellent, JLC Box, Booklets, Warranty, Authenticity Card & Pin Tool
IRL: Condition: Very good, JLC Box - fair (tears and stale stench, Booklets YES, Warranty YES, Authenticity Card - none whatsoever & Pin Tool - missing (eventually acquired after 4 hours of waiting on the street, though I didn't get invited to wait inside).
3. Delivery: The Pizza Guy (didn't look like a Luxury Depot repesentative) was 40 minutes late and had no knowledge about the merchandise. The package delivered was incomplete: missing Authenticity Card & Pin Tool. The pin got finally delivered after over 4 hours, and I still didn't get the Authenticity Card.
4. Overall: waiting for Authenticity Card (since there's no answear to my emails, I guess there isn't any) Highly NOT recommended.
5. Advice: If you decide to buy from the store have a backup of every picture and description as they disappear from the site and your account after payment!
6. The very bad experience, without Authenticity Card I could've bought that watch at least 25% cheaper and with a £12100 merchandise one could expect much. much more.

They cancelled order without telling me, only realised when money returned

The photos were nice, but when the product arrived, it was much smaller than the photos. It was very hard communication.

Highly responsive, friendly, professional service. Even guided me into not spending more than was necessary by advising me with a genuine opinion. My item arrived promptly. Just received today, but works well so far. I would definitely deal with this retailer again.

The ring I ordered was a bit damaged (stone had a little chip and didn't fit into the bezel setting quite correct) But the service of the shop was great, I could send it back and got a full refund without any problems.

Exactly as described - the quality of the diamonds are superb.Pictures didn't do the diamonds justice!! - clear and sparkling and of good size. Good quantity of gold in ring and sits proudly as a solid item. Also, managed to get a discount of £55.00 on a purchase of £425.00. It all helps!! - as this was a considered purchase on my behalf. Well worth having one really nice item like this. Easy and pleasant transaction. Would recommend .
