94.94 € doppelt vom Konto abgezogen.

Ich hatte im Februar das erste Mal etwas bei dieser Firma bestellt und zwar einen Wanderschuh für den Gesamtpreis von 94,94 €.

Heute musste ich leider feststellen dass mit dir Firma den Einkauf zweimal vom Konto abgezogen hat.

Wie kann das passieren?

Die Firma wurde per Mail informiert und ich hoffe sehr dass ich das Geld zurückbekomme aber ich werde auch wenn es hier eine gute Lösung gibt niemals wieder irgendetwas von dieser Firma bestellen.
