Do not, under any circumstances, order anything from Deodap. If you value your hard-earned money and your sanity, run in the opposite direction. My experience with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare, revealing what appears to be a systematic and calculated effort to defraud customers.
I ordered a product (specifically, a [Insert Product Name here, e.g., Portable Washing Machine]) from them, expecting a functional item. Instead, what I received was a complete "dud"—dead on arrival and utterly non-functional. Based on my experience and countless other reports, this seems to be their standard operating procedure: they either deliver a completely wrong item or ship products that are already broken or damaged, hoping you won't fight back.
This is where their truly absurd and fraudulent business practices begin. When I immediately contacted their support to initiate a return or replacement for this defective piece of garbage, they had the audacity to demand an **"unboxing video"** to prove that the item was damaged upon arrival.
This requirement is logically flawed, manipulative, and designed solely as a barrier to prevent customers from exercising their rights to a refund. Consider how preposterous this is:
1. **The Catch-22:** How is any reasonable consumer supposed to know that a product is damaged or defective *without* opening the shipping box first? Their entire return policy rests on an impossible premise—you must prove damage in a state where you are not supposed to know damage exists.
2. **No Communication:** If this absurd recording is mandatory, why was I not explicitly informed of this *before* the purchase? They didn't notify me via WhatsApp, email, or a prominent warning on the checkout page. They bury this clause deep in their fine print (or perhaps invent it on the spot) as a "gotcha" tactic.
3. **Unrealistic Expectations:** Who in their right mind records a continuous, unbroken video of every single mundane parcel they receive? Average consumers do not set up a camera production team for a standard package delivery. By demanding this, Deodap is actively exploiting the standard, reasonable behavior of consumers. They are counting on the fact that you won't have a video so they can arbitrarily deny your claim.
It is a disgrace. This isn’t a return policy; it’s a mechanism built to scam people. They ship defective or damaged inventory, and when you try to use legitimate consumer protections, they use a pre-designed trap to make sure you keep the broken item and they keep your money.
They are preying on customers. The Consumer Court absolutely should take notice and action against Deodap for these deceptive and fraudulent practices.
**The Verdict:** Absolute fraud. If you order from them, you are playing Russian roulette with your money, and Deodap controls all the bullets. Consider yourself warned. Save yourself the stress and expense: DO NOT BUY.

I ordered 54 items, out of which 1 item was received damaged. The company asked for an original unboxing video, and I provided a high-quality MP4 video (4.8 GB, 41 minutes). Initially, they rejected it claiming it was a repacked video, then later asked where the repacked video was. After that, they requested a better quality video, which is not possible since the unboxing cannot be repeated. I suggested a physical inspection instead, but they closed the ticket. This behavior is misleading and unprofessional.

This is the worst app I have ever come across. I purchased an electrical shaver, the instructions are in Chinese, I wanted to charge the shaving machine and when I charged it. The battery didn't last a shave. How can someone do anything if the instructions are in Chinese. The seller thinks that we have in built Google translator in our brain

I had a highly disappointing experience with Deo Dap. Their sales representative initially promised to list 2,000–5,000 items on my seller account. Based on this assurance, I made the payment. However, after receiving the money, they suddenly changed their stance and said they would only list 200 products. When confronted, they denied ever making the original promise.
This is completely fraudulent behavior. They misled me, failed to deliver what was promised, and are now trying to cover up their false commitments. Such practices show a lack of integrity and professionalism.
Warning to others: Never trust their words. Deo Dap is a fraudulent company that lures sellers with false promises and then refuses to honor them.
Deodap is supply duplicate and unserviceable items and they didn't attend properly.

I have taken there dropship plan of Rs.14,000 and its a worst worst experience. They promise full support but there support is 00000 or I should say -------0000000. it is better we can do on our own. if anyone wants to take there course dont take. dont take any course. i request you they will take your money and they will not respond at all. I purchased an Electric Pressure Bike Washer Pump from Deodap app. They delivered a completely non-working pump. It has been over ONE MONTH and they are not responding to my refund or replacement requests.
No reply to calls. No reply to messages. Complete silence after taking my money.

I am vinod i was order on 26 th Feb for " Oil dispenser bottle with silicone basting brush "vide order ID 7685572142 and received the same by 6th March. Today we start to use the same, but unfortunately the Silicone Basting Brush was completely damaged during the first time of use. The image is attached for your reference.

Worst ever experience with this fraud company. Please don't buy anything from here as they cheat customers in the name of low pricing. I had ordered multiple items in October & many items came either in damaged condition or looked very old & used. One of them was a milk foamer & mini tripod which I wanted to exchange & return as the tripod was too small for me & was of no use to me. And the milk frother they sent was broken & bent & looked old & used as well.Besides these I had also ordered for some multidetachable zippers & some other items which were loosely sent without any instructions & when I tried assembling them, one set of screws was not even fitting the zipper. I asked them for return & refund as all the products sent were of low & inferior quality besides being bent & broken & also looked old & used. I had even raised a ticket immediately & sent all the pics of the damaged & broken items alongwith the damaged box as well & yet they refused to accept their fault nor did they accept any return or exchange of their faulty products. Not only this but they also closed the ticket & marked it as resolved though my issue was never resolved.
Not only are they liars & cheats but also involved in fraudulent practices under the guise of their return policy. If they have a no return policy, then isn't it their responsibility to ensure that they send quality products & not some used & damaged ones after charging us as well? This was the most frustrating experience for me & if there was something below 1 rating, I would have given them that. So please please don't buy anything from this fraud & useless company. You will never get what you ordered for & end up frustrated. Worst customer service ever.

I am very disappointed with Deodap’s service. I ordered a few items, and when the package arrived in Surat, the delivery agent called me and asked me to collect it from their delivery location instead of delivering it to my address. When I tried calling the agent again, my number was blocked.
For the past three days, I have been continuously trying to contact them, but the call always shows as busy. This is especially frustrating because my order was prepaid. I expect proper delivery service and better customer support.
