No ability to return an item from Society6

I ordered a bathmat from Society6 several weeks ago.
It was so cheap and poorly made!
I have tried for weeks now to return it without any luck.
When I put in my order# I got a response that it could not be located.
I have reached out to DenyDesigns several times and have gotten nothing back.
So frustrating! Do not order from either of these awful companies!!

SCAM

when you join Deny Designs as an artist, they tell you receive 5% royalty (as opposed to the usual 10% from Society6) because they are selling wholesale, the smaller royalty rate in exchange for the higher sale volume. This is a LIE. All of the "wholesale" partners that are selling my art have been selling Print on Demand products, in small amounts. it is no different than how they would sell on Society6, or Redbubble, or any other print on demand website. I think someone with Deny Designs needs to look up the (legal) definition of wholesale.

they have also sold my art on products that I did not agree to/enable on their website, at rates FAR lower that the 5% royalty rate that I agreed to when I signed up. (unreasonably cheap canvas prints on wayfair, for example)

now they also have many of my works showing as disabled and no longer for sale, that are still being sold on Wayfair, target, Walmart, and many other websites. Deny Designs customer service has not yet responded to my request for an explanation, one week after emailing

Notes left on artwork requesting deletion are ignored.

Amazing customer service & beautiful piece

I ordered a credenza from DENY. When I assembled it the shelf was missing and the corners were damaged...it was packed poorly. I emailed Deny and promptly received a reply from Tristan. Deny was sending me a replacement piece. It arrived packed more securely and I love it!

UPDATE: They will try to make it right if you persevere

I am torn with the amount of stars to give because now everything is fine and I got a full refund. If only it hadn't taken several emails, a trip to UPS after packing up the return, writing 2 public unsatisfactory reviews, and also saying my experience was bad to a DENY questionnaire. They have issued me a FULL refund and did not have to pay $42 to return the curtains. Thank you, DENY, for doing what you promised to do. I appreciate it. They company has great designs. Truly wonderful. Wish the quality was better. But I am satisfied now. Again-- thank you. Previous review:(I ordered 2 sets of curtains-- making sure I could return them if they didn't work out. Cost me $20 to have them shipped to me. Quality of curtains subpar-- fabric strange, sewing crudely done, colors off. I want to return. I am told I can have a credit. I say I don't want a credit but I want my money back. (Designs great, quality of products poor.) They tell me to find a shipper and mail it back and give them the tracking number. GO to UPS and get told it will cost me >$42 to ship (USPS and FedEx even more). WHAT? UPS tells me to try to get the company to send me a label-- which is what I do. And I tell them I cannot be out >$60 in shipping and have nothing to show for it. I get told they won't send me a label-- but it won't cost me anything to get a credit-- and that is what I should do. In other words— if you are so bold as to return their items and a reimbursement to your credit card-- they will make you pay big money for it, thereby forcing you to take a credit to their company. They get to keep your money. SO wrong. I am not sure what I will do now-- I lose either way. Will NEVER order from this company again (and I have a duvet, comforter and pillow from a few years back.) DENY— you’ve lost a customer. Hope it was worth the $180.)

After two weeks and several emails…

After two weeks and several emails requesting where the items I ordered are I finally found out that they were not manufactured yet and DENY did not know when the items would ship. So I asked to cancel my order and was told they could not after 24 hours of the order. Mind you the items did not even exist and they could not tell me when it would ship but there was no way they could cancel my order. As a buyer for set design with deadlines, this is just not acceptable. I have no problem waiting a week but 3 to 4 weeks and that is my best guess since they could not give me an ETA. I was told if I wanted to cancel the order I had to "return the item to sender" whenever it arrives and then when DENY receives the order I would be refunded. Nice way for a company to keep your money for a month.

Super Customer Service!

I bought an item and didn't use it for months, in fact, I had just taken it out of the box to use. I wasn't sure if it was defective or not, and I made it clear to DENY that I had purchased it months before was not asking for a refund/exchange. I just wanted to make sure I was using it correctly. They determined the item was faulty and another one is on it's way. I've been buying DENY products for years - every shower curtain I've purchased over the years resulted in rave reviews from my family and friends. I've started sending DENY products as wedding gifts and everyone loves them. Super company and Super customer service always!!!!

Deny Designs

Deny Designs - it doesn't get any better than this! I have purchased art work and the selection is wonderful with many different frame and size options. It couldn't be easier. Due to an error on my part, I had to contact customer service and truly I have never had such a positive experience. Pass it on to family & friends - Deny Designs

Amazing Company - Fabulous Designs and Incredible Customer Service!

We recently ordered a new duvet cover as part of the "bed in a bag" set. I loved the print, but it just did not work in our room. I tried to make myself like it, but I ended up deciding it needed to go back even though I dreaded what I thought would be a huge hassle. I couldn't have been more wrong. I submitted my return request and heard back immediately that I was issued a credit. I expected to have some window of time to return the duvet, but a follow up email informed me to keep it - keep, donate, give to someone, but no need to hassle with a return. What an amazing resolution. I definitely intend to order a new set and will find a home for this one. Thanks!

Wonderful Customer Service

This company was a pleasure to work with. The picture, though beautiful, was not quite what my daughter was looking for in her space, and they made the return process so easy and smooth and suggested we donate the art, which I intend to do. Their prompt response, great selection, and altruistic attitude ensure that I will definitely be shopping with Deny Designs again.

What a great customer experience!

I recently had such an unusual and wonderful experience when i ordered 2 duvet covers from Deny. Unfortunately what i ordered ended up being the wrong shade of color i needed. When i filled out the return form they immediately issued me a refund and told me to keep the duvet and pass them on to someone who might need them as they cannot take back these beautful pieces of art..wow what a concept and how inspiring and generous! I will be donating them to a woman’s shelter in my neighborhood. Thanks, Deny. We will order again soon!

Great customer service!

I had ordered a number of items from Deny in the past and had been happy - I loved their products and their promotion of their artists. This time I ordered a canvas print and the colors weren’t true to the representation on their website. I contacted customer service, and they quickly resolved the issue to my satisfaction. I will be a customer again in the future!

DENY Designs customer service is outstanding! There was an error with my duvet cover, but DENY sent me a replacement right away. The material used is soft and amazing! You won't be disappointed.

What a great company ro shop with!

What a great company ro shop with! Absolutely love their duvet designs and products. I looked and looked for a vibrant design with a fabric I liked and Deny Designs has become my go to place for amazing bedding designs. Great quality and on top of that, quick and responsive customer service (thank you David!) ! I can’t say enough good things about this company! Highly recommend! I know I’ll be a life-long customer. Top-notch Pillow and Customer Service

After ordering a throw pillow for my bed, I was so disappointed that the colors weren't quite right with the other decor I have in my bedroom, especially since the fabric was gorgeous and the pillow was extraordinarily well made. I contacted the DENY Designs customer service team to explain my situation and request a refund. The next day, they responded by granting my refund and explaining that, rather than needing me to return the pillow, I would be free to share or donate it to someone in need because it is their philosophy that "art is meant to be appreciated, not returned." I am in the process of finding a charitable home for this beautiful pillow and cannot wait to shop at DENY Designs in the future.

Best customer service

Best customer service I have ever received from an online store. Responsive, compassionate, solution in first response, easy instructions ... I will for sure order from Deny Designs again. This was my 3rd order from Deny and each time, the service has been amazing.

Will be ordering more!

It is so hard to find cute, quality, heavy, sturdy bar stools that are affordable! There are so many designs to choose from that I'm trying to find places in my house for more. Also, their customer service is top notch. Usually I am reluctant to do business with a company that doesn't offer phone support, but their email support is prompt and excellent. P.S. I almost never write reviews.

Great customer service!

I've ordered on Deny Designs a few times and I'm always 100% satisfied!! Lots of wonderful art to choose from and excellent customer service!!! You can tell they love their job and want everyone to have a good experience with them! If you have questions or any problem with your order, they reply almost instantly. I will buy again for sure :)
