I'm satisfied with the procedure, which involved veneers, whitening my remaining teeth, and retainer placement with Dr. Ugur. He has all the necessary qualities for this profession – above all, he's a specialist in his field, very knowledgeable, empathetic, gentle, has a keen eye for aesthetics, is communicative, and listens to the patient's needs. I highly recommend him.

Superb service, repair carried out on my driveway so how much more convenient could you ask for. Repair was superb, difficult little dent on a crease in boot panel, you’d never tell it was there after the work was completed, so what more could you ask for. Vincent understands customer service so he delivers that in spades. Excellent job and I’d recommend him to anybody in need of his services…

My wife and I recently traveled to Istanbul for dental treatment with Denthub, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations.

From the moment we arrived, Denthub provided full transportation services and constant communication through WhatsApp, which made the process incredibly smooth and stress-free. Our coordinators, Taric and Emre, were outstanding. They ensured our schedules were organized and clearly translated all information from Turkish to English so we always understood every step of the process.

The dental team was equally impressive. My doctor, Ugur, along with his assistant Berfin, provided highly detailed care using modern technology, including thorough X-rays and precise planning for my implants and full smile makeover with zirconia crowns. My wife was treated by Dr. Mazlum, who was also excellent and very attentive throughout her treatment.

We spent a full week in Istanbul completing the preparation and design process for our new teeth. The team carefully rehearsed and adjusted the design of our replacements to ensure the fit, appearance, and comfort were exactly right. They paid close attention to our preferences and made adjustments until we were completely satisfied.

Denthub also arranged our stay in a beautiful 5-star hotel, which was included in the treatment cost, making the entire experience even more comfortable.

Overall, the level of professionalism, technology, communication, and hospitality we received was outstanding. We felt well cared for every step of the way and would absolutely recommend Denthub to anyone considering dental implants or a full smile makeover in Istanbul

Terrible experience

My mum was booked in for implants with Dr Ugur and the surgeon (I don’t remember his name). First of all the surgeon had a terrible attitude, constantly rolling his eyes and then proceeding to say something to his colleagues in Turkish.

They are all very unprofessional in the way they deal with things.
I have been in contact with their team since 2024 and I have had about 4 different coordinators who would introduce themselves and then claim they have taken over my mums file. But they had no idea of what treatment was decided and they kept asking for an x ray, I had to constantly remind them.she has had it done and they should have the results.

They advised that my mum would need an x ray before the dentist could determine whether she can have the implants treatment or not. My mum had the scan done twice, once in 2024 and second time in April 2025. Both times the coordinator claimed that the surgeon has reviewed her results, everything looks good and we can proceed with the procedure. Her appointment was booked on the 26th of January this year and the coordinator said that it was fine and there was no changes.

When we got to the clinic, the dentist did an x ray and a 3D scan. He claimed that she doesn’t have enough bone for the implants. But then he claimed that they can still go ahead. And then they kept changing their words. Next they said she can’t have full mouth implants.

Then the surgeon came in and his attitude was the worst. He just started checking my mums jaw, he inserted his fingers inside her mouth and roughly pressed down causing a lot of pain and started pulling her mouth. He didn’t even bother to explain what he was doing, he just kept talking to his colleagues in Turkish and didn’t bother to speak to me at first. I could see my mum was in pain so I told him to stop hurting her. And then he stated that he was just checking her jaw strength.

My mum felt uncomfortable and didn’t trust him to go ahead with the treatment. They changed the treatment plan and expected us to follow through. They claimed that the bone condition can change over time. Whilst I agree with that, I confronted them about the tests that we were asked to do before going to Turkey.

coordinator Emre was present and he said that the x ray is not that important and does not give clear results. He said that the 3d scan is more important. So I confronted him, I said why were we asked to get an x ray done and then we were told that the results were good enough for my mum to have the treatment.
In fact the dentist even reviewed the x ray results from last year face to face and said that her bone is weak. So I asked why were we told at that time that it’s all good and she can have the treatment.
Emre just said that the coordinator I had spoken to has quit and that it’s all just caused by some ‘miss-communication’. I said that there were about 4 coordinators and they all told me the same thing. I even asked the coordinator if there was anyone else they needed before we went to Turkey, I asked if they need another x ray done for a more recent result, and I was told that no it’s all good.
Emre kept saying ‘you’re here now and so you should get it done’.

They were all trying so hard to convince us to go through with treatment and when my mum refused to do so, they offered alternative treatments such as deep cleaning and tooth extraction and kept pushing us to go through with it.

The dentist even offered to arrange a meeting with a different surgeon in their other clinic the next day who might be willing to go through with the original treatment plan. I didn’t trust them at this point because one minute they tell us that she can’t have the original treatment and that it’s not possible, and the next minute they say that someone else can do it.
They were really pushing us to go through with it and it was obvious that they just wanted us to pay them.

We didn’t go through with it as we didn’t trust them anymore. They said we would still have to pay for the hotel for the rest of our trip. Sadly there were no earlier flights so we had to stay for the next 3 days. Emre claimed that we would have to pay £80 per night at the hotel. I contacted him again in the evening to confirm the price, he then stated that it’s actually £95 per night and it just slipped his mind. And then the next morning Emre and his team kept harassing me by constantly calling and texting me to pay £300 upfront.

I was so tired of this. I paid in cash and I asked for a receipt, the receptionist claimed they don’t have receipts for cash. I said I need a receipt and I will take a picture as evidence of the payment and then she suddenly ‘remembered’ that there was a receipt book in the desk drawer. She eventually gave me a receipt and I took a picture of it.

I think they are all unprofessional and unethical. I would definitely never recommend this clinic.

I had my teeth done 18 months ago
The dentist herself was lovely and I thought had done a great job
However I had to go back a have them redone within months due to the colour!
They took out previous veneers that were super white and put in yellow ones !
Charged me full price again for them redoing !
Yes get that I paid again !!!

After 7 months my back teeth started to collapse inwards , front tooth also moved …I’m scared to floss as they are loose
I needed to have them replaced
Also they stain easily compared to my previous ones.

Guess what they wanted to charge me again to have them redone !!!!!
Wait though they said couldn’t replace the ones collapsed but needed whole top doing again at my own cost !! HELLO 👋
Plus expected me to pay for hotel.
The customer service is shocking , the way they speak to you is rude !

To think I initially sent them 10 recommendations immediately after I had mine done and they treat me like this is unacceptable!
Hate giving negative vibes but this company is horrendous
The hotel they put you in is dark , dismal and out of the way from anywhere

It was great in the beginning until the mistakes kept happening…
Poor quality implants
Deniz took a lot of money always wanted cash!
Had to keep going back to them and they had poor
Translation felt they could do what they wanted.
My bridge which was done on the right side is not holding and because I called them again and kept going back to them in Istanbul they said I was harassing them.
Please believe me when I say all I wanted was for the to fix my problems and it was and is still not right.
I have spent a lot of money each time to travel and had to turn up because they don’t want to fix the problems.
I’m not a dentist but my dentist in England has said they need to be named and advise people what has happened to me is a disgrace.
Denthub is a nice clinic but they are not ones that want to sort out the problems that they cause.
I’m not going back to them I have another dentist in Istanbul that is truly disgusting in what they did and the alignment of my bridge is totally unacceptable.
The aftercare I received was none existent.
THIS IS ALL TRUE EVENTS THAT HAVE HAPPENED TO ME AND ITS NOT DEROGATORY IF ITS TRUE.

Dr. Melike YAYLAKAŞI is an exceptional professional — skilled, gentle, and truly the best doctor I’ve ever had.
Emre is a great coordinator, very organized and helpful.
Tuğba at the front desk is kind, welcoming, and always professional.

I went to DENTHUB company 3 times for basic dental procedure of triple bridge in zirconium during October and November 2025. I have been dissatisfied at the way they conducted the procedure, they appointed a junior dentist first and second time, but i asked for a more experienced senior dentist, but they didn't honor this request, I still have severe pain when I chew food, and high sensitivity to cold and hot drinks. My other side started aching as I have been chewing only on that side since the treatment started.
I would never recommend this practice to anybody, I have recently sent two e-mails expressing my complaints of which none has been replied. They do the job on the basis of TRIAL & ERROR, there is no real expertise behind what they do and how they do it

My experience at denthub was excellent, especially coming from abroad, there was no language issues as everything was translated and explained to me properly. Also the work done was the most natural and high quality dental work I could have had done. Denthub exceeded all expectations and the staff made the experience great especially Emre, Deniz, the dentist kübra and Esma.

The experience from start to finish was great. From the time I reached out to Denthub on Whats app asking for information on veneers, arriving in Turkey to the actual treatment was all awesome.

I got Emax veneers in colour 3 and they are the most natural looking veneers.I returned back home, friends and family could not tell I got work done on my teeth. The veneers are in no way bulky or artificial looking.

While in Turkey, I was well looked after, the entire Dent hub team are amazing( not saying this just for the sake of a review). The entire team is professional, well coordinated and they ensure you get the best results.

I will advise anyone thinking of getting veneers done to have a conversation about how much of your natural teeth will be filed in order to know what you are getting into.

If I could give this clinic 11 stars then I would. The entire team are lovely and from the moment you land to the moment you leave, you’ll be in very safe hands. The whole trip has felt seamless and easy going. The hotel offers impeccable service and your drivers even open the doors for you as and when you get taken to the clinic. You really dont need to do much other then show up.

A special mention to Deniz for facilitating my whole experience and being available to me asking hundres of questions non stop! And of course to my dentist Kubra who is clearly so passionate about what she does. She is noticeably focussed, empathetic and didn’t miss a beat.

I’m from Michigan USA my daughter recommended dental clinic and they meet me at the airport pick from the here airports and drive took me to the hotel. The next day I was here. Everybody was nice from the driver to the receptionist to the guys that translate and the Doctor Cuba was my favorite. She made sure Every detail is done before she let me go. She keeps checking and checking. I love . I recommend this clinic to anyone.

It’s been exactly a year since I got my feet done at Denthub, and after a year I can truly say, I am so pleased! Their service from airport pick up, to the hotel stay and pickups to and from appointments were brilliant.

Great experience from start to finish they have done a really good job on my smile and I am so happy with it.
