Everybody is very accommodating especially Furkan who has guided me throughout the process, The guy who guided me on my consultation Onur. My surgeon Dr Eren and surgery Assistant Tugce for making this experience very pleasant. These guys are so professional and i will highly recommend them to my friends.

My partner just had his teeth done with Dentatur - 24 E max/Zirconia crowns.
His experience from start to finish was exceptionally great.
Starting from transfers when we landed, transfers during our visit to the clinic and drop off to the airport. They were always on time, polite and punctual.
Our co-ordinator Mert was very professional, provided us all information and all questions prior to arrival were answered clearly. He was always on hand and available for conversations regarding our visit and treatment. He was transparent about costs and we didn't experience any unexpected cost increases. ( I would advise on sending a 3D panoramic scan from your local dentist so you can get a more accurate treatment plan as this helps them price more accurately. Without this they don't know what they are working with).
The clinic is modern and clean, staff at reception were friendly and professional.
All dentists and nurses were beyond his expectations. He was constantly reassured and they explained step by step for each procedure as work was being carried out on him. They made him feel at ease at all times throughout the treatment and he couldn't recommend them highly enough. His finished results were absolutely amazing and he is so happy with the end result.

Not happy with my final treatment and…
Not happy with my final treatment and the experience was bumpy to say the least. Transfers were not VIP from the get go. Once we landed, we had to wait for others and then drop them at their hotels first. Every single appointment was delayed and organisation was awful. If you think you can also get a little holiday out of it, think again. Spend hours at the dentists waiting around every time. Had 8 implants, a full arch and crowns. Have a full zirconia arch at the top and already within 6 months, it has chipped in 2 places. Contacted the dentist and they wan’t me to fly out there, cover my hotel as well and offered me a lousy €100 refund upon completion. Not even GBP but euros! As if I can afford to fly out there and pay for hotels after just forking out over £6000 just 6 months ago for something that shouldn’t have even happened! People think it’s cheaper to go abroad but when you factor in all the cost’s when you need repairs or any work done at all, it’s probably safer to stay in your home country. No dentist will work on you so it can only be the place where you had them done. There is absolutely no aftercare with this dentist or follow up. Once you leave their practice, you are completely forgotten about. I didn’t budget to have to fly back for repairs and now I am stuck with chips in my full arch and no way of getting back to have them fixed. Likely now they will only get worse over time and i’ll be screwed with no options. I regret this decision every day and will have to live with this look now

UPDATE: The response is as expected, a load of rubbish and nothing but excuses. I 100% stand by my review. All they have done is what I have stated, offered to review me if I fly myself back out there and sort my own accommodation and accept a worthless €100 ‘gesture’ for the ‘inconvenience’ when they finally establish the errors in person. Not worth the risk and better sticking with practices who offer full aftercare, there are plenty out there and not ones who will just dish out excuses and/or report reviews trying to have negative ones removed! Their reply is completely fabricated and judging by the entire facebook group set up, I am not alone. For every negative review they have managed to lie and have removed, the patients banded together to set up a facebook group to share their similar horror stories. Have visited 8 separate dentists in the UK so far and none of them are interested on working on you if you had treatment abroad. Of course I did not leave a negative review before they broke! Why would I? It’s only when they broke, I sent the requested photos and then was fobbed off. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! And yes, I do not leave positive reviews. If a company is doing what they should, they don’t get praise for that. Only on the rare occasion they go above and beyond. Reviews are mainly there to warn people of the negative things.

I have to say my first two visits i was left a bit confused with communication but upon my third visit for aesthetic corrections wanted by myself the clinic has been absolutely amazing. my step mother had her teeth done here with all on 6 implants and her friend also. After this visit i would trust the clinic with all my dental needs. I no longer have a uk dentists and any needs i have i will be attending back to dentatur, my family & our friend are so, so happy with the entire service. Thank you dentatur, we appreciate your work

I was apprehensive going in because their many 5 star reviews seemed too good to be true but I can confirm that the hype is absolutely merited.

The airport and hotel-to-clinic transfers were great and really gave that VIP vibe. It was so nice that I could always get back to the hotel for free, as on more than one occasion I chose to go for a walk/meal/shopping after an appointment and upon my return to the clinic a ride was organised, sometimes with a little wait to join other patients. The other patients were so nice and friendly as well, sharing their experiences and putting one another at ease.

Since I got quite an expensive package they organised my hotels free of charge for both my first trip and second trip coming up in July, the hotel was lovely and spacious. I was so glad to have a nice, relaxing place to return to so I could rest and recover from my many procedures.

The clinic itself is gorgeous and state-of-the-art, it's unlike any other dental clinic I have ever seen or been to. The staff were so nice and friendly, and more than willing to help and offer advice. My initial consultation was with the CEO herself who spoke through another staff member who translated to English, she complimented my trousers and gave me my plan of action to achieve the smile I wanted and it was a lovely experience.

On the longest day of my procedures when I was in a lot of pain, they helped as much as possible. I was offered ice packs and they kept chasing information for me as I was waiting for some temporary teeth, which would have been no problem but since I was in pain I was a little impatient. The staff were so understanding and did everything they could to help.

The doctors and surgeons were incredible, so efficient and skilled, I got a lot of procedures done and each time I was surprised by how fast they were. I had 25 teeth prepared for crowns in about an hour, 5 root canals in about an hour, 2 implants in 20 minutes and a further 2 root canals in half an hour. I had a lot of issues that needed work and I will need to return in 3 months to finalise the work because of the implants. However, in barely 3 days I went from yellowed, misaligned and painful teeth to a perfect, bright smile. They even upgraded my temporary teeth so that I can enjoy a perfect smile over the next three months while I wait for the implants to be put in.

The really incredible part was seeing the difference between the 'before' pictures they took on the first day after the initial X-rays and the 'after' pictures, I was absolutely blown away by the results. I can scarcely believe how much they've helped me in such a short time.

I could go on and on about Dentatur and the team, but suffice it to say I would recommend them to anybody without hesitation. Thank you everyone at Dentatur Antalya, see you in 3 months! :)
