On the 10th of February 2025 I flew to Istanbul for my Dental Treatment with Dentasy Clinic. People have no idea of how terrifying it is to fly to another country for treatment, especially with all the negativity you hear out there.
I did 28 Zirconium Crowns & a Root Canal. I must say it was the best experience ever. The whole team was so professional & they did a great job.
They gave me very effective pain killers in such a way that I did not experience much pain during my treatment which took 5 days.
I was in a lot of pain when I returned to Ireland but when I messaged Mert because I was concerned he told me it’s normal & that sometimes it takes two months or so to heal completely. It’s been 7 weeks & I am pain free, that’s why I decided to write this review.
In fact this clinic deserves 5* but I am only giving 4* because of the schedule. I feel they should arrange the treatment schedule better so that we can plan our movements accordingly, instead of being told to wait at the hotel all day without knowing when we’ll be collected.
Either than that I was happy with my treatment & the whole Team at Dentasay.
Mert was my translator & I had no issues with him. I have already recommended Dentasay to my friends & I will continue to do so. The clinic sent transport to collect us from the hotel & bring us back.
Today I can finally smile without pain & I am able to eat as well.

I had the pleasure of receiving dental treatment from Dr. Emre at Dentasay Clinic. At first, I was very scared and didn’t know what to expect. However, Dr. Emre was incredibly patient and took the time to answer all of my questions. He promised me the best smile, and not only did he keep his promise—he exceeded my expectations.

Despite the complexity of my case, including a very deep and challenging bite, he went above and beyond to ensure I had the best possible result. He also speaks English, which made communication effortless.

Even with many patients under his care, Dr. Emre was always kind and took the time to make me feel comfortable—even cracking jokes to ease my nerves. He is not only a highly skilled professional but also a genuinely kind person who deserves the best in the future.

I went there for root canal treatment and filling for just one teeth. Because it was just for one teeth they didn't even bother. Then I asked Dentist for proper cleaning and she didn't even spend 10 minutes for cleaning. I was so disappointed. It would have been better if she had just told me they don't have time rather than just lying to my face.
On top of it, they made me wait for 2 hours. Please have some decency

I want to express my deep gratitude to the team of this clinic. The team is very hospitable, caring, and most importantly, they do their job 100% and even more. Any questions and requests are fulfilled very quickly, efficiently, with great responsibility. I would like to express special gratitude to consultant Nisa and Dr. Berk. they were with me always, everywhere and until late. The doctor explained every step of his work, gave the necessary advice, was always interested in how I was feeling. You guys are the best!!! I highly recommend this clinic to everyone!!!❤️❤️❤️

I have just returned from Dentasay after having my implant teeth totally replaced although it was only a small problem on the bottom. I was put into the hotel for 5 nights and really looked after. They had an English interpreter at all times and after all this work I wasn’t charged or for the hotel. They went above and beyond for me and they were true to their word on the warranty
I couldn’t say enough for their staff and professionalism at all times and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them or use them again

At first I was really happy until I came back home and the problems started, the implants crowns fell off after only 2 months, the bottom crown cracked so food started getting in between the cracks, although I was told that the zirconium does not change colour even with consumption of coffee and cigarettes, my teeth got disgustingly discoloured, their excuse was it does happen to some people!!
I had to come back to Istanbul after few months to get all of this fixed as they gave me 15 years warranty but unfortunately it was a terrible experience, no communication, not answering my phone calls, not replying to my texts, not sticking to appointments times to the point where I had my new crowns fitted at 1 o’clock in the morning the night before my flight! And now I’m still not happy at all with the new teeth and of course I had to pay, I’m not sure what does the word warranty means to them 😣
I feel really bad as I have recommended them to so many of my friends.
One of my friends is now in Istanbul trying to fix the terrible job they have done to him too
I definitely DON’T recommend Dentasay to anyone who wants a descent dental treatment!

Excellent from start to finish, I was petrified of the dentist and they really put me at ease, in fact my dentist had me laughing. I finished my treatment 16 months ago and I can honestly say it’s the beT money I have ever spent and it has changed my life so much, I am so much more confident now I have beautiful teeth and I can eat properly, for 3 years prior to going to dentasay I was unable to bite using my front teeth so had to break all my food up in to little bits and use my back teeth to chew. To be able to bite in to a sandwich again was like winning the lottery for me. I had 28 zirconium crowns, I went one shade up from the whitest and they look great and although very white they still look natural. I work in hospitality and get compliments on my teeth most days and most people are so shocked when I say turkey teeth 🤣

For me this 5-star rating is a bit strange. I highly suspect that some of the reviews are fake.
Dentasay has an office in my country and a local representative, who "speaks" my language (bulgarian). I made an appointment with her and got to the office. She took some photos of my teeth, I've provided 2 x-rays and 2 dvd's with scanners of the problematic areas. She consulted a surgeon via whatsapp, gave me an initial offer and asked for a call in three days, so she can show the scanners (almost 2GB) to the surgeon. I called after 3 days - she didn't pick up the phone. I waited three more days and called her again - this time my call was rejected. Didn't get any call back. I tried to contact Dentasay on their facebook page. Again no response...
I really don't get what their deal is. But it is at least a bit strange. I didn't pay any money in front, so can't say I was scammed. And I don't understand why would you open an office in foreign country if you don't have any clients there, so I think that there are people here using their services... There is something shady going on here...

I take this opportunity to express my gratitude to Dentasay for the service I receieved. Unfortunately in Northern Ireland and the UK Turkish dental work receives unfair and unsubstanciated bad press. I recently had 5 implants and a full mouth makeover and the professionalism and expertise was simply outstanding. Staff are extremely friendly and full translation services are available. At home we can sometimes wait 3 weeks for a mere dental appointment but these guys can turnaround an amazing service in the here and now - even the most complicated cases have a 1 week turn around. Amazing dentists, staff and service - top marks to Dentasay, can't recommend highly enough. Special shout to Yusaf - my hero x

I want to be brutally honest about Dentasay in Istanbul. The level of service I received from them was outstanding. 10/10. They made me feel warm and welcomed from the moment I first walked in till the last day after the treatment was finished. I am from the UK so I was very pleased to see English translators based full time at the clinic. They too were very friendly and welcoming.

I will say this. Flying in from another country to have extensive treatment you’ve never had done before can be quite overwhelming. Dentasay fully understand this and within minutes they will make you feel comfortable with your entire procedure. It’s one thing to watch videos on YouTube; it’s quite another to be actually sat in the chair and it’s for real!

I absolutely love my teeth. Dentasay did a fantastic job and trust me when I tell you, they will NOT let you leave the dentists chair until your teeth are absolutely perfect and they are happy with them. I literally cannot stress this enough.

I discovered Dentasay through the internet, looking for a possible solution to my dental problems. The first contact with them was in November 2021 - great experience !!!! .I found here the best place i could have chosen, considering what I was looking for (a total restoration of my teeth) but also a team of doctors, extraordinary professionals and great people, a comfortable and well-equipped environment. My journey to completion will be longer but now I know that I will return with excitement and maximum confidence every time. Thank you all, thank you Naci, you are great! .

Great Service went there in November from start to finish everything went perfect I knew a few people that went there before so it was so much easier for me so happy with all my work they done it was so fast went on a Sunday and back on a Thursday excellent service lovely place

I am 100% happy with this company! over the moon I left England 3rd jan to go Istanbul for a full set top and bottom of zirconium crowns came back to England Friday 7 all done and complete all the staff was lovely and very helpful hotel was spot on they was on time for transfers to and from airport would highly recommend top class service

Excellent service from start to finish. I had 28 porsolian laminate veneers with zirconia coating 11 months ago. Haven’t not had any problems/ pain. I received excellent support from all the staff when I was there. Chofured from dentist to clinic. Unbelievably I didn’t have any pain so was able to get in some shopping and sight seeing. Couldn’t be more greatful and happy with my new teeth 😄😄😄

From initial online consultation thru 2 arriving at the surgery and subsequent treatment the service,accommodation and treatment I received was exemplary,I would highly recommend this company to anyone seeking dental treatment.

Amazing service amazing job. I waited 12 months to rite this review as I wanted to make sure when I am back to Belfast all will be ok.every step was perfect. I was picked from airport last February. Checked in hotel nice hotel.
Consultation, X-ray and I god 28 zirconium veneers covering whole my teeth. I know have an amazing smile. 18 again 😁😁😁..
