This is not a clinic I would recommend…

This is not a clinic I would recommend if you are looking for reliable, high-quality results.
One year after my hairline transplant, I am still dealing with patchy areas and uneven density. More grafts appear to have been extracted than initially advised, which has led to visible thinning in the donor area. I have also experienced ongoing inflammation and even developed a bald spot following the procedure.

What’s most disappointing is the lack of proper follow-up and aftercare. Once the procedure was done, support became minimal, leaving me to deal with the outcome largely on my own.

Overall, I would strongly advise caution before choosing this clinic.

Unfortunately, the statements you are making do not accurately reflect your actual results. The language used in your review is highly exaggerated and appears to be part of a deliberate campaign to damage our reputation.

First of all, during your consultation we clearly explained that your level of hair loss would require two sessions to achieve fuller density, particularly in the crown area. This was discussed openly before your trip, and the decision to proceed was entirely yours. We did not pressure you in any way.

Every case is unique. Donor capacity, scalp characteristics, and the degree of hair loss vary significantly from one patient to another. Patients with \text{Norwood} \geq 5 hair loss frequently require a second session to achieve higher density and complete crown coverage.

In your case, you specifically requested a lower and more aggressive hairline design. We clearly informed you that allocating more grafts to the front would leave fewer grafts available for the mid-scalp and crown, meaning some areas would remain less dense after the first procedure. You were fully informed of this trade-off and agreed to proceed.

When we review the videos on your YouTube channel, your results appear to be within the expected range for a first session with advanced hair loss. In fact, many viewers in the comments have stated that your result looks good and that your expectations may be unrealistic.

Hair transplantation is not a miracle procedure and cannot recreate the exact hair density you had in your teenage years, especially in advanced cases. The goal is to make the best possible use of a limited donor supply and improve your appearance significantly, often over more than one session.

We also offered you a discounted second procedure to further improve density and address the crown area. Rather than accepting this constructive solution, you chose to launch a broad negative campaign across multiple platforms, presenting your outcome in the worst possible light and discouraging others through fear-based statements.

We understand that hair restoration is an emotional journey and that expectations can be very high. However, it is important to communicate the full context accurately. Your case was planned according to the limitations of your donor area and the design choices you personally requested.

We remain willing to assist you and improve your result, but we believe it is important for potential patients to understand the complete facts rather than one-sided and highly exaggerated claims.

Heva Clinic is truly the best hair…

Heva Clinic is truly the best hair transplant clinic. As a woman, my experience in Turkey was excellent from start to finish. The team is very professional, attentive, and always ready to help. Communication throughout the entire journey was clear and well-organized, which gave me great peace of mind. I would definitely recommend Heva Clinic to anyone who is considering to have a hair transplant..

I did a year long research before choosing Heva. I watched tens of their videos and talked to some of their patients. The entire process was professionally done. I felt like home thanks to warm attention and medical expertise. It's been around 10 months and my results are rocking 🤘🏼

Don't go there for Dental procedures!

About a year ago my dentist in Toronto advised me to have my teeth crowned since they were badly worn out.

Since it was very expensive to do it in Toronto, I decided to go to Turkey for this procedure.
After some back and forth correspondence, I decided to go to Istanbul to have a total dental crown (28 crowns) in April 2025 with HEVA clinic.

Although they promised me a good service with a good result, I received a very bad service:
· I was in constant and never ending pain in my jaws and teeth
· One of my crowns was broken and another one was cracked just a few days after the procedure and as a result, my gum on the left side was swollen and bleeding constantly
· They made my crowns 2 or 3 attached to each other instead of making them individually (as they were supposed to be) and this caused me extra pain and discomfort. I realized this fact after my crowns were made and the dentist was testing them for the first, When I asked her that I wanted individual crowns, she responded that it requires too much time and she prefers 2-3 of them to be attached so the procedure can be done quickly!! At that point it was too late for me to stop the procedure besides I really didn't know how important this issue was.
· There was not a proper gap between my teeth for flossing and hygiene

I contacted the HEVA representatives many many times asking them for advice but I was either ignored or received no proper answer.

My pain was so severe that I couldn’t use my left side for chewing food so I visited 3 well known dentist (including my own dentist) in Toronto for advise and all of them confirmed that the job was done very poorly and the best remedy was to remove these crowns and replace them with new individual crowns.

Again I contacted HEVA but received no answer. Since it was very expensive to do the procedure in Toronto, I decided to go back to Istanbul again and this time, go to a better clinic.

Finally, I did the procedure for the second time in October 2025 with another clinic in Istanbul for which I had to pay much more. One of the reasons for the higher cost was because they had to remove the previous crowns first which is a very difficult, time consuming and of course painful procedure.

I have evidence and documentation for all of my claims in case they try to dismiss it .

Update December 5, 2025

And today I received a response to my review which is not addressing any of my comments and just tries to misguide the readers:

1- I contacted HEVA clinic more than 10 times before I decided to go to another clinic. I made several complaints about the issues I had with my crowns (which none of them would exist if they had done the job professionally in the first place) but I received no response and they never mentioned that I could go again there for a free replacement or correction of the crowns. Only when they made sure that I'm in Istanbul again and had my crowns removed by another dentist (because I sent them a photo), then they said you could come to us instead!

2- The crowns were supposed to be placed individually as any dentist I consulted with emphasized, but their dentist made them 2 or 3 attached to each other to "save time" as she expressed herself! and this was one of the main reasons that I had to redo the procedure. And they never provided an answer to this in their response.

3- Worse of all, after consultation with other dentists, I discovered that not all my teeth needed crowns and at most I needed 10 crowns (at that point, unfortunately it was too late), but their dentist advised me to have 28 crowns.
I know this was one of the worse decisions I made in my life and that is why I take my time to tell other people not to rush and also not to believe in false promises. If you need your teeth to be crowned, you should do more research before final decision and go to a more experienced and more conscious clinic/dentist.

Dear Tondar,

First of all, procedures such as zirconium crowns are invasive treatments that we complete as efficiently as possible within 6–7 days in Turkey.

While this timeframe is sufficient to finish the treatment itself, it is unfortunately not enough to fully test long-term adaptation or to observe potential complications such as pain, bleeding, or crown sensitivity. If this type of treatment were performed at a local clinic in your own country, the only appropriate response to such symptoms would be to visit the clinic for follow-up evaluation and adjustment.

At our clinic, we provide a 5-year guarantee for all dental crown treatments. During this guarantee period, our patients have the right to return to us at any time for free corrections, adjustments, or remake work. The symptoms you mentioned can occur with invasive procedures involving the preparation of 24 teeth, impressions, and laboratory-made restorations. New crowns require a testing phase to ensure proper adaptation and function.

However, the main issue in your case is that, despite having a 5-year guarantee and free corrective service available, you chose to undergo a completely new treatment at another clinic. Once another clinic removes and replaces the crowns, the original work is no longer within our responsibility—clinically or in terms of warranty. This is not a “bad experience” with us; it is a situation where the patient chose not to contact or visit the treating clinic to utilize the guarantee and instead decided to redo the entire treatment elsewhere.

Your decision is similar to someone purchasing a product, experiencing an issue, but not using the warranty service and instead replacing it somewhere else—then attributing the complication to the original provider afterward. Under these conditions, there is nothing further we can do, and we respectfully state that we cannot accept this as a valid representation of the treatment experience at our clinic.

We still wish you well and hope your current dental condition brings you comfort and satisfaction.

Permanent Damage from Heva Clinic Beard Extraction

I had a hair transplant with Heva Clinic (Istanbul) in November 2024 which left me with permanent damage.

Before surgery, I signed their “maximum grafts” form on the clear understanding — based on what the clinic told me in consultation and what their own website stated at the time — that no more than 1,000 grafts would ever be taken from my beard. I was told 200–500 grafts was realistic.

No proper inspection of my beard donor area was ever performed. Nobody touched, examined, or checked the density of my beard before extracting grafts.

Instead, around 1,750 grafts were extracted — almost double the stated maximum — leaving my beard visibly scarred, patchy, and permanently disfigured. The grafts placed into my crown barely grew (less than 20% survival). Beard grafts were also extracted before scalp grafts — the reverse of accepted medical protocol — which likely reduced survival even further.

On the day of surgery there was also a supposed “power cut” where patients were left waiting 1.5 hours while staff disappeared, raising serious concerns about graft handling and survival.

When I raised concerns afterwards, Heva admitted to “beard overharvesting” and even offered me a free “repair,” as well as a refund on the condition I removed my negative review. After my case, they quietly changed their website to increase the beard graft maximum from 1,000 to 2,000 — moving the goalposts after the damage was already done.

This was supposed to be a confidence-building procedure, but instead it has devastated my life. My donor area is depleted, and the harm is irreversible. Patients deserve proper assessment, honesty, and transparency. I did not receive that.

UPDATE: 1.

Consent Form & Privacy:
Yes, I signed a consent form — but that does not give a clinic permission to overharvest outside of safe ranges. “Maximum grafts” still has to be within medical safety standards and not cause permanent disfigurement. My consent was based on what was explicitly agreed: a maximum of 1,000 grafts from under the chin. Instead, Heva took almost 1,750 grafts — nearly double that agreement.
I am not sure why Heva felt it was appropriate to upload my handwritten consent form publicly. That is a breach of my privacy and does not change the fact that the agreement was for a maximum of 1,000 grafts.
2. Consultation & Agreement:
In both consultation and WhatsApp discussions, I was clearly told that beard extractions would be 200–500 grafts, with 1,000 being the absolute maximum. I never agreed to the excessive number they actually extracted. This is not “regret” as Heva claims — this is a breach of agreement and informed consent.
3. Not a Primary Donor Site:
I never asked for my beard to be the “primary donor,” as Heva keeps repeating. That is false. My scalp donor was visibly strong and was also used. The beard was never supposed to be the main donor source.
4. Website Contradictions:
Heva say their website “has not changed,” yet I hold archived screenshots showing that at the time of my surgery their own website capped beard grafts at 1,000. After my case, this limit was quietly changed to 2,000. I even sent them their own screenshot back immediately after surgery, proving it was genuine.
5. Growth Rates & Graft Survival:
I am not expecting 100% growth — no one reasonably does. However, less than 20% of the beard/body grafts implanted have survived, whereas the typical survival rate for body grafts is 50–70%. The fact that survival is less than a third of what would be expected strongly suggests Heva do not know how to properly extract, store, or handle body grafts. This further underlines my concern that the procedure was carried out without due care or proper expertise.
6. Regret vs. Reality:
Heva claim in their reply: “we cannot be held responsible for personal decisions followed by regret, expressed through defamatory or misleading reviews.” That is not the case. I have all the evidence to show this is not “personal regret.” If anyone wishes to see the photographic proof and screenshots, please check my Google review, since Trustpilot unfortunately does not allow photo uploads. This is not a matter of regret — it is a matter of Heva harvesting almost double the safe maximum we had agreed.
7. Repair & Refund:
Heva’s own staff used the word “repair” when offering me a corrective procedure — which is an admission that damage was caused. They also offered me a refund on the condition that I remove my Google review. That is not patient care; that is an attempt to silence me.

This is not “defamation” or “misleading” as they claim. These are facts, supported by evidence.

We reached out to our client to better understand the situation and to offer assistance.

While we appreciate and respect the client’s experience and willingness to share it, there are some key details that need clarification. As a clinic, we cannot be held responsible for personal decisions followed by regret and then expressed through defamatory or misleading reviews.

1. Information on Our Website

Our website is developed by professionals and provides general information about hair transplant procedures for a broad audience. The articles are not written for individual cases and are not intended to replace a personalized medical consultation. The images shared by the client compare two unrelated pages, which may create misunderstanding. Importantly, the information on our website has not changed.

2. Informed Consent and Patient Awareness

We never perform any procedure without the patient’s full consent. In this case, Mr. Gabriel had a very limited scalp donor area for a second transplant. During his consultation at our clinic, he asked us to consider using grafts from the underchin area. We informed him that this is not usually considered a primary donor site. Despite this, he insisted on proceeding with a second procedure and requested the maximum possible number of grafts.

He signed a written consent form acknowledging this decision, confirming in his own handwriting that grafts could be taken from the underchin area, as it was the only way to proceed with the treatment he requested.
Consent document: View Here

3. Graft Numbers and Growth Rates

The number of grafts taken was determined by the size of his bald area. His crown region required more than 2,000 grafts to achieve meaningful coverage. It is important to note that crown areas typically take longer to show visible results, and no hair transplant procedure guarantees 100% growth. This is especially true for body hair transplants, which statistically have lower success rates compared to scalp hair.

4. Efforts to Resolve the Situation

We believe this review does not fully reflect the reality of what happened. The client was informed about the procedure, gave signed approval, and later based his complaint on assumptions from general website information and a brief WhatsApp chat—rather than clarifying his expectations during consultation. Effective communication is a shared responsibility between clinic and patient.

As a gesture of goodwill, we offered him a free corrective procedure using scalp grafts and even proposed a partial refund. Unfortunately, both offers were declined.

Final Statement

Our priority is to provide safe, transparent, and high-quality treatments. We do everything possible to ensure our clients are satisfied. However, when communication breaks down and a patient later regrets their personal decisions, it is unfair to place the blame solely on the clinic.

We remain committed to supporting our patients and upholding the highest standards of care.

had a hair transplant at Heva Clinic 11…

had a hair transplant at Heva Clinic 11 months ago and I am very unhappy with the results.
The density is low, the hair growth is patchy, and it looks far from what was promised during the consultation. I followed all the aftercare instructions carefully, yet the outcome is disappointing.

From my experience, the clinic did not seem to have the right expertise for patients with darker skin tones and hair types. If you have this type of hair, I strongly suggest you think twice before choosing this clinic.

When I reached out to express my concerns, I did not receive a helpful or fair solution. For the cost and the trust I put into this procedure, I feel completely let down.

I would not recommend Heva Clinic based on my experience.

Disappointing Follow-up

Disappointing Follow-up – Referral Bonus Still Not Paid

I had my hair transplant with Heva Clinic in December 2024 and was satisfied with the procedure itself. However, the post-treatment experience has been extremely frustrating.

I was informed of a referral bonus promotion, and I referred a friend who also had treatment with Heva. Since March 2025, I’ve contacted Heva multiple times (on 9th March, 18th March, 8th May, and 14th May) and provided all the required details – including my full name, treatment information, and my friend’s details. Despite this, I have not received the bonus or any proper update.

Every time I reach out, I’m asked to provide the same information again — only to be ignored afterward. I even asked to speak to a manager but received no response. I reached out 4 times in total and each time there has been no acknowledgement.

It’s disappointing to feel ignored after having trusted the clinic enough to refer someone. I’m posting this review publicly as a last attempt to get someone in management to address this properly. Please resolve this issue and restore the trust I once had in your clinic.
I’m happy to update or remove this review once the matter is resolved.

**Update**
Reply to Heva Clinic's Response:

Thank you for your reply.
However, I feel it’s important to clarify a few things:

- I was informed of the referral bonus in December 2024, and I referred my friend in December 2024. He also confirmed his booking with Heva on December 11th 2024 – before your policy change in January 2025.

- I first contacted your team about the referral on 9th March 2025 and again on 3 other separate occasions. I have now only received proper communication after I’ve posted my experience publicly. Your response also shows no accountability or acknowledgement that your representative ignored all of my messages prior to me posting this review.

- At no point during the initial referral or follow-ups was I told the referral program had ended.

- I made multiple efforts to resolve this privately, but received no response for over 3 months, despite providing all required information.

- You’ve asked me to revise my review because the referral issue is not “related to the treatment itself.” However, many 4 & 5-star reviews praise aspects like hotel quality, transfers, and general organisation — which also aren’t strictly related to the surgery itself. If non-medical aspects can be part of positive reviews, then it's only fair that negative ones be treated equally.
It's unfair to retroactively deny a bonus that was promised by one of your representatives.

I stand by my review in the hope that your team reconsiders honoring referral commitments made before the policy change.

Dear Reece,

We’re truly pleased to hear that you are happy with your results and overall experience.

We’d like to inform you that as of the beginning of 2025, our referral policy has changed. We no longer offer bonuses or any form of financial compensation for client referrals. Therefore, we’re unable to accommodate your request in this regard.

We kindly ask you to update your review to reflect your experience with our hair transplant procedure and the services we provided, as the matter you referred to is unrelated to our current offerings. Referral-based partnerships are no longer part of our business model, and your review appears to focus more on that aspect rather than the treatment itself.

Thank you for your understanding and support

Horrible Dental Experience at Heva…

WARNING: Heva Clinic Destroyed My Smile and My Trust — A Complete Dental Nightmare
DO NOT GO HERE FOR DENTAL TREATMENT!

I write this with deep regret, physical pain, and emotional distress. What was supposed to be a convenient, all-in-one treatment at Heva Clinic turned into a horrific experience that left me with ruined teeth, permanent gum damage, and thousands of euros in losses.

I chose Heva because I knew the owner personally. He promised me I’d be treated by a highly experienced dentist with 25+ years of experience. I trusted him. I was also planning a hair transplant, and the idea of doing everything under one roof sounded ideal.

That trust was a huge mistake.

THE RED FLAGS STARTED IMMEDIATELY:
When I arrived, I was told there were electrical problems at the clinic — and my dental work would be done elsewhere. Strange, but I went along.

But from the first appointment, everything felt rushed, chaotic, and unprofessional. Here’s what was missing:

❌ No proper consultation

❌ No X-rays

❌ No 3D scan

❌ No digital smile design or CEREC imaging

❌ No time to discuss anything

Without asking meaningful questions, the dentist simply numbed my mouth and began shaving down my teeth. The only thing she asked me was, “You want a Hollywood smile, right?” — before aggressively grinding down my natural teeth in under 2 hours. I was in shock.

It felt more like a dental factory, not a clinic.

💉 RUSHED WHILE STILL DIZZY FROM SURGERY
The next day I had my hair transplant — which, to be fair, went well.

But only 40 minutes later, still dizzy from Xanax, I was dragged back to try on temporary crowns. I was in no condition to evaluate anything. What they gave me was awful:
Bulky, oversized, and pushed far too forward. I showed reference photos and asked for a balanced, natural design — they nodded, pretended to understand, then ignored everything.

Each version after that got worse:
Too wide. Too big. Too far forward. I rejected design after design, and they kept insisting, “It looks beautiful — trust us.”
I had to physically stop them multiple times from cementing the wrong crowns.

NO CHOICE ON THE FINAL DAY
By Saturday — my last day in Turkey — they gave me no real choice. I was out of time, and the dentist said, “This is one of my best works.”

Under intense pressure, with no backup plan, I gave in.
As soon as the crowns were cemented in, I knew it was all wrong.

My bite was misaligned

The crowns were too wide

They pushed my front teeth too far out

I was chewing on a canine

I couldn’t even eat properly

I begged them to fix it, but they dismissed me. I messaged the owner in a panic. I was told, “It’s Sunday, the dentist doesn’t work.” Only after begging did they agree to a final check — where the dentist looked in my mouth and said, “Everything is perfect.”
It was NOT.

BACK HOME: DENTAL EXPERTS WERE SHOCKED
Once back in the Netherlands, multiple dentists examined my mouth and were horrified:

My bite was completely off

Crowns were poorly positioned

Gums were damaged

Crowns had no proper texture or grip

Everything had to be redone

I contacted Heva and asked for X-rays and medical files — they claimed they had lost them.
That’s not just careless. That’s unethical and possibly illegal.

TOTAL COST: THOUSANDS OF EUROS + PERMANENT DAMAGE
To fix what Heva destroyed, I now need:

Full laser gum treatment

All 19 crowns removed

A complete mouth reconstruction from a real specialist

When I asked Heva for a refund, they refused. The owner said I should just come back and “let them fix it.”
Why would I trust the same people to fix what they destroyed?

He stopped replying.
I posted an honest review on Google and Trustpilot — only then did he reach out, not to apologize, but to beg me to remove the review to “protect the clinic’s reputation.”
I took it down, hoping he’d make things right. He didn’t. Eventually, he blocked me.

I used to trust this man. Five years ago, he was a humble consultant I recommended to others. I even sent him his first clients when he launched Heva.
Now? He’s changed into someone who only cares about money and image, not patients.

❌ WHAT HEVA CLINIC REALLY OFFERS:
❌ No proper diagnostics or planning

❌ No dental aftercare

❌ No skilled specialists for follow-up

❌ No accountability when things go wrong

❌ No patient safety — just sales tactics

⚠️ FINAL WARNING
If you care about your teeth, your health, and your sanity — AVOID HEVA CLINIC.
They are NOT qualified to place crowns or perform complex dental work.
I now have to pay a second full treatment cost to undo their damage — and there’s a chance I may even lose my natural teeth permanently.

This was not just bad service — it was dental malpractice.
Don’t make the same mistake I did.

See my pictures in my Google review IN THERE HEVA CLINIC ACCOUNT.. THEY TRY TO MAKE MY REVIEW LOOK FAKE!!

Don't believe wat they say in there respond! THEY ARE LIARS!!!

Dear Customer,

We are responding to a review that is highly misleading, filled with false claims, and appears to be intentionally dramatized and defamatory.

After Treatment Photo:

These clearly show a visible improvement following the Hollywood Smile procedure, which was done in line with the client's requests.

✈️ Treatment Abroad Requires Realistic Expectations

Undergoing treatment abroad requires:

* A prepared and realistic mindset
* Open communication
* Understanding post-treatment effects
* Awareness of treatment limits and clinic policies

Unfortunately, the review distorts facts and omits important context, creating an unfair and fear-driven narrative.

🦷 About This Case

* The client requested 20 zirconia crowns
* We conducted multiple consultations to understand his preferences
* He focused on unrealistic internet examples rather than clinical guidance
* Our dentist provided extensive care, including:

* 5–10 design revisions
* Visiting our dental lab to select shape and color
* Service outside working hours, including weekends

Before leaving Istanbul, the client confirmed in person that he was satisfied.

📄 Policy Overview

Our full dental policy can be viewed here:

Key points include:

* Zirconia crowns are invasive and may cause temporary discomfort
* We advise staying 5–6 days for follow-up
* A 5-year warranty applies, valid only at our clinic
* Refunds are not provided based on aesthetic dissatisfaction
* Return visits are required for any corrections

🗓️ What Happened After Departure

On his final day, the client confirmed satisfaction. He could have stayed longer for free corrections but chose to leave.

After returning home, he reported gum bleeding—this is a known and temporary side effect, detailed in our policy. We asked him to return for follow-up, as corrections cannot be done remotely.

Instead, he sent excessive WhatsApp messages, despite clear explanations.

* There are no clinical issues, only personal dissatisfaction
* All procedures were approved by the client
* He declined to return for follow-up
* He demanded a refund and asked us to pay another clinic, which violates our policy

💬 Communication Proof

Chat 4: [https://i.imgur.com/PXVnNYk.jpeg](https://i.imgur.com/PXVnNYk.jpeg)

We provided the only valid solution: to return for correction. We do not sponsor other clinics or issue refunds after approval. Corrections are free within 5 years but must be done in our clinic.

Our clinic respects all patients and works hard to meet expectations. We welcome fair feedback, but we do not accept manipulation or defamation.

Results are subjective. What may not please one person is perfectly fine for another. That doesn't mean the treatment failed—it simply reflects personal preference.

We acted with full transparency, care, and professionalism. False accusations cannot change the clinical facts.

Great Experience

I can write in short regarding the clinic that the experiance I had was amazing.
From the first pickup at the airport to the last wash in the clinic.
Everyone greets you with a smile and hello. Regarding the procedure and consultation. I felt that concerns were taken seriously and even halfway through my procedure I noticed something that needed to be straighter. And the doctor understood and made correct changes.

All in all I feel very happy I took the step to make this procedure with Heva. And now I just have to wait for the result in some months
// Liban

Ps I would like to add that they also are great with the aftercare providing you with medicine, shampoo Aswell as clear instructions regard how and when to take the medicine.

First I want to thank my coordinator Thomas! He is the best! So responsive so nice! Ask for him personally when looking to book. Secondly, the team was wonderful! I got my procedure on my bday and the team surprised me with a bday song and cake. They constantly ask if you are comfortable, how you are feeling. Transportation was set up with ease, the hotel was accommodating. (Raddison blu) overall I’m glad I chose this clinic. You are in good hands. Thank you to Seda, Eliz, and Cansu for making my treatment day special.

I don't recommend Heva

I don't recommend Heva. In August previous year I had the Hair transplant in Heva Clinic. After 8.5 months I compared my result with the results of the other men and it looked bad at me. My transplanted hair was very sparse. Heva contacted with me and promised the second procedure for free. They wanted me to delete my negative review on Google. Firstly I accepted their proposal, but then I changed my mind. I asked myself: if they didn't it properly for the first time why Will they do it for the second time? Now it's one year and 3 weeks from my HT and my transplanted hair are still sparse. I have the advice for Heva:
Don't you ask the people to delete the Google reviews and don't promise the second procedures for free. Just do it well for the first time!

Hello

One of the first mistakes people make is comparing their hair transplant results with others. Hair transplant outcomes can vary significantly from person to person, even if the clinic provides the same quality and care to each patient.

The outcome variation is primarily due to individual factors beyond the clinic's expertise.

1. Individual Hair Characteristics
Each person has unique hair traits, such as thickness, texture, density, and color. These factors play a crucial role in determining how well the transplant will blend in and look natural.

2. Donor Area Quality
The amount and quality of hair available for transplantation from the donor area (usually the back and sides of the head) vary significantly between patients. A person with a dense, healthy donor area will have more successful grafts compared to someone with limited or weaker donor hair.

3. Extent and Pattern of Hair Loss
Different levels of hair loss and varying patterns (e.g., receding hairline, crown thinning) affect the number of grafts needed and how the final result will appear. A person with minimal hair loss may achieve denser results compared to someone with extensive baldness who requires more coverage.

4. Scalp Condition
Scalp health, including its elasticity and the presence of any underlying conditions (such as scalp inflammation or scarring), can affect how well the transplanted follicles take root and grow.

5. Healing and Recovery
Each person’s body heals at a different pace. Some individuals may experience quicker recovery and higher graft survival rates, while others may have slower healing that affects hair growth.

6. Post-Operative Care
Adherence to post-surgical care instructions varies, impacting the overall success. For example, failing to follow guidelines on scalp hygiene, medications, or physical activity can result in suboptimal outcomes.

7. Age and Health
General health, age, and lifestyle factors (such as smoking or stress) influence hair growth and recovery. Younger, healthier individuals may experience better growth compared to those with underlying health conditions.

8. Genetic Predisposition
Genetic factors play a key role in hair growth cycles and the longevity of the transplanted hair. Even if the clinic provides excellent service, the way your body responds is ultimately tied to genetics.

In summary, while the clinic can maintain a high standard of care, individual biological differences, lifestyle factors, and unique hair characteristics result in varying patient outcomes.

We cannot guarantee 100% successful results, as no clinic can. However, we can guarantee that we put 100% effort into our patients' hair every day.

Lastly, we did not offer you a free surgery in exchange for deleting your Google review. Our business is not affected by negative reviews, as they are a natural part of the service industry. We understand that not everyone can be fully satisfied. We offered an opportunity to ensure your satisfaction by analyzing your hair transplant results and performing enhancements if necessary.

We are always open to providing enhancements and supporting our patients to the best of our ability. Declining our offer of support suggests that you may not be actively seeking a solution.

Crown / Vertex

Had my crown done with Heva Hair clinic Istanbul, been 15 months now , I'm very happy with the outcome , and it's still getting denser as we speak , was told this procedure would take a little longer than front/ mid crown. Be patient it will grow. Staff was very helpful made me feel comfortable throughout the precdure , Highly recommend Heva Hair .

Experience at heva clinic

I had my hair transplants procedure done on January 27th 2024 on a Saturday at heva clinic. The nervousness kicked in once I booked my ticket to receive my very first hair transplants procedure overseas. As I spoke with the heva clinic medical consultant morris he made feel more comfortable & confident in choosing heva clinic. Finding a clinic that specializes in afro hair texture can be a little difficult, speaking to consultant morris he was very responsive & helpful. He answer any questions I had concerns about leading up to the operation confirmed I choose the right clinic. Would highly recommend anyone considering undergoing a hair transplants procedure with afro hair texture. you wouldn't regret it. On the day of the consultation the clinic made me feel less nervous & focused on the area needed for the hair transplants procedure to be successful. Dr Seda hairline design/ work is exceptional. The hotel was nice with decent breakfast.
