Great experience using the services, had an issue with payment, not only did they put aside the item I wanted but had sorted the issue, Customer service team kept me informed throughout.

Recommend using them great customer care and delivered the item using FedEx who never drop the ball.

I have purchased many items from Denimio, jeans, jackets and bags. They have great prices, a great reward program and they are extremely helpful if you have to contact them with an issue or change an order. Couldn't ask for more, I keep coming back for their range, prices and quality of service.

My first order with them and I had a very good experience. Customer service was very helpful with some doubts I had about sizing. Shipping was incredibly fast (ordered on a Friday shipped on Sat & here in Europe on Thursday!). All prices are lower than here (sometimes 1/2 the price). Import tax and customs are not a problem (see at checkout). I am giving 4/5 because most sizes are not in stock, and their sizing chart resulted quite inaccurate.

I had a great experience with Denimio. There are 2 things which stood out.
First - Exceptional Customer Service. Folks from Denimio team are always available and very helpful. You can reach out to them through online chat or email. In both the channels, you always get a great helpful and informative responsive. I really like that fact that even their warehouse team, went above and beyond. They reached out to me to confirm certain details before shipping. All in all a great customer experience.

Second thing I want to mention is that collection available on the Denimio site as well as very competitive prices. Especially when it comes to Japanese denim they have a huge collection and they’re the first to bring in any new launches.

I would definitely recommend Denimio to anyone and come back for more.

Denimio has the best collections on the Japanese selvage jeans including Studio Dartisan, Oni, Orslow, Momotaro, TCB, Tanuki, Full Count and many more. It also sells legendary military style brands like Buzz Rickson. One of the best online stores that I have shopped.
