I bought a e10 frame

I bought a e10 frame , payment is scary because you have to send the whole price to an unknow paypal address, then you receive email from Dengfu to confirm they receive the money and you order is processing. No tracking you receive when you receive the parcel, frame in one parcel then battery in an other one. I did not have to call for warranty, if you buy direct from a chinese manufacturer you have to accept for almost forget the warranty, but for the price I can repair the frame several time. Best value for money of the world of ebike.

Full of lies and dishonesty

Full of lies, over-promising and dishonesty - after two months of changing the order and increasing the price several times, they finally said they don't have the hubs to build my wheels (and wouldn't even consider ordering any in). Very amateur. Thankfully I had used PayPal, so a refund was easy(although they wanted me to withdraw my claim before they'd pay me, which I didn't do.)
