The best crockery I've ever owned
The best crockery I've ever owned, have gone through so many cheap sets in the past but these are built to last, they look beautiful and can withstand a few knocks! Being able to use tesco vouchers makes them even better value. Customer service is excellent.

Good old fashioned quality!
I have bought many items from Denby and they are of such quality. The latest items I bought were some lovely mugs, very well made, heavy but not too heavy, just quality which you don’t get in many other places. I also bought some glasses, again quality. This is a company people should support. Thanks Denby 🥰

Halo bowls and coupe plates
Excellent quality as usual. I didn’t really need any more but thought I’d try and help out in some small way during their ‘struggles’.
Let’s hope things turn out well in the end and we don’t see the end of another truly great British company that manufactures items of such fantastic quality.
I’ve been using these plates and bowls for years and they’re still as good as the day they were first delivered despite being ovened, grilled, microwaved, inadvertently put on a very hot hob ring and accidentally dropped.
They’ve withstood everything I’ve literally thrown at them.

I placed an order with this company…
I placed an order with this company weeks ago after seeing an appeal
For business on instagram. A week later I get an email to say to bear in mind they are facing administration and they will work to complete me order as soon as they can. What an absolute scam of a company, there has been no further updates from them and the items were in stock when I ordered so you’ve taken my money and feels like deliberately knowing the company will close soon and that will just go towards paying off administrator debt. If this was what the customer service was like before the announcement sadly I am not surprised

We are absolutely not a scam of a company, as I think you can see from the thousands of satisfied customers we have on Trustpilot. We've been around for over 200 years and our talented craftspeople are proud to manufacture beautiful tableware from our factory in Derbyshire that really can stand the test of time. Thank you for placing an order with us, we appreciate you being a part of the SaveDenby campaign. However we have seen an unprecedented level of demand from our customers and therefore we have had to increase our delivery leadtimes. We are currently quoting 15-20 working days for delivery on our website which we have tried to make really clear so customers know that before placing their order, really sorry if you missed that when you ordered. In addition we have been emailing customers with outstanding orders weekly to let them know we've still got their orders and are working really hard to deliver the orders as quickly as possible. Maybe check your junk folder to see if they've gone in there. I've just had a look on our system and I think I have found your order, it was placed on the 1st May, so we still have it and I would hope it gets delivered to you by the end of next week, but I can check when I'm in the office tomorrow. Just to reassure we don't take payment for any orders until the order is despatched, what you will see is a shadow on your bank statement but the payment doesn't get captured until the goods leave our warehouse. If you want to give us a call tomorrow we would be happy to discuss this with you further, our Customer Service team are working incredibly hard at this very difficult and sad time where hundreds of people face losing their jobs.
