5 star recovery after a rough patch
October 2025 Update: Denali have since responded in solid and noteworthy manner. Five star recovery. We did a complete swap of all equipment. They provided an updated unit, hardwired for US power grid. The unit has worked consistently since arrival. We are a few weeks in and still fine tuning but we are very satisfied so far. Denali has been very responsive again and we are moving full speed ahead.
Left this June 22nd in the midst of some radio silence: We purchased a 3k machine beginning of May 2025. Initially they were engaging and responsive. However, the equipment arrived and never worked properly. They sent several replacement parts, including a transformer not set up for my pre approved voltages. After a series of guessing, they determined that I had voltage fluctuations - that mysteriously could only be measured on their step down transformer and not by 2 different certified electricians anywhere in my building. All my other equipment works perfectly. Upon their insisting, I purchased a line conditioner and it did not help at all. They have since gone into a delayed response mode and only respond to emails weeks after several attempts. Upon their request I returned all the equipment at my expense. They lied and said they shipped me a new unit 2 weeks ago but turned out they never did. They have not responded to several requests for refunds. This is the end of July. Not a single part has been laser welded on the Denaliweld machine.
The equipment is supposed to be good. Maybe I had a lemon, however if you are a small business and need service when things go wrong, that Chicago group may put you out of business. They have all my money, I have no equipment and cannot get a a date or a refund. Lawyers next I guess....not good for the small business owner.
Don't get me stated on the overpriced enclosure that didn't meet the application need at all.
