Bought a dress for my girlfriend and she loved it. Great customer service and arrived quickly.

Got some really nice and pretty dresses after visiting their instagram page. The quality is really good and very affordable. Not to mention the delivery being very quick without any hassle at all. Definitely going to order some more cute dresses and cute tops.

My first purchase from this site was a few months back, I brought the ‘Jessie Lavender Bust Cup Mini Dress’ - it was surprisingly great quality for the price, great fit and beautiful material. Delivery was quick and efficient too!
So recently I had decided to purchase another dress, ‘Kayla Brown Rhinestone Strap Mini Dress’ which again is very beautiful and a great fit, lovely material and so pleased with it!
For these affordable prices, it’s a no brainer!

Refund refused as they claimed item was damaged although I did not even get the item out of the package.. awful customer service ... Avoid at all cost !!!!!

0. Stars. The worst customer service I’ve ever received. Not to mention the quality of the dress. This company is scamming people and have no customer care whatsoever. I’m so upset I trusted this company. Don’t be fooled by their social media either because the dresses do not look anything like they do in the photos and the management is atrocious. Do not order. They will send you a flimsy dress then when you try to return they will keep your money and accuse you of ‘damage’. I ordered a dress, it was too big so sent it back straight away, I was then refused my refund and they accused me of sending it back faulty. They took a photo of this dress and said that I had caused damage, when actually it was poor stitching from them. I had never even tried the dress on in the first place as it looked like a curtain and I could tell it was MILES too big for me. And by looking from the reviews it seems I’m not the person they’ve done this to!!!! I have reported them to Trading Standards

I've ordered a few times from this website and I'm so happy with all the clothes I've got.
I contacted their customer service because one of my orders was stuck somewhere and Emma helped me get the package in time.
I'll definitely buy again from this website!!

I ordered 3 dresses and they are very good quality. I contacted them regarding my delivery and got a quick reply. Will definitely order again

tried to return a top yet had missed the return date by a few days and had to pay to get the top sent back to me, opened it up and strap was snapped (wasn’t like this when i returned) complained to company but was refused a refund.

A lovely dress but the shoulder strap broke which left me exposed most of the night and I can’t fix it.
Contacted customer services for a return or repair and was told as the tags had been taken off it’s my fault and there’s nothing they can do, despite explaining it wasn’t till I wore it that, I noticed the fault.
First time and last time buying.

First time customer and very happy with the quality. The dresses are really good quality, would recommend!
