Not possible to cancel an order

I placed and order, which should take 3 to 5 days to be sent according to their website. After this time, I asked this shop to cancel my order and to refund me, which they haven't done, in spite I asked for it up to five times. After 14 days, they confirmed they were sending my item (which I had already bought in another shop), but they haven't even done so. I have no money and no item sent. I am engaged in claims though different means in order to get my refund. Don't buy here.
