Plates are great would give 5stars
Cutlery rubbish broken when used on soft food given 3stars as for the look of them
Wont bye cutlery again or go for more expensive cutlery

I previously rated this with 2 stars becos a set of plates arrived damaged but I have upgraded my review becos Delux were excellent in sending out a replacement set immediately which I received on time for my function so thank you. These white hammered plates are v good.

Swift delivery but product quality poor.
Delivery was swift and impressive but disappointed with products
The hammered cutlery set looks amazing but is very feeble.
The white hammered plates arrived damaged- most had a big crack. I immediately complained but have had no reply/refund
The blue rimmed plates look great but the plastic is v thin.
All in all, quality is poor.
