Ordered Sunday, had a lovely phone call from them on Monday as I was concerned about delivery to Uk…couldn’t have been nicer. Order received by Wednesday lunchtime. Products are great quality and great value. Will definitely be using again. Thank you

Ordering and delivery was 5 *, unfortunately, from the images and price paid I really was expecting a quality product. Instead of being rigid, dense and matt purple, the plates are flimsy plastic and see through. Overall I was extremely disappointed with my choice of product, but again cannot fault service and delivery.

It is a good product but not…
It is a good product but not necessarily for dishwasher. The plates lost it's silver trim and so did the cutlery. I was disappointed that plates were a bit flimsy too. Although, they are very strong and the food does not fall but a little bit more sturdyness would have been helpful.

Extremely thin
I ordered the deluxe gold and burgundy plate set and they are so thin, they aren’t useable. I have to double them up to stop them snapping, which made it expensive as I had a dinner party for 18 people. If you order these, order double.
