I hired Delta Animation to complete a trailer and sizzle for my short animation. I’ve tried multiple times to reach them via email and through the account manager, but haven’t heard back. I called the number the account manager gave me, but it’s out of service. I also tried the business line listed on their website, (401) 206-0266, and got the same result. I even used the chat feature on their site, but no one responded. At this point, I’m trying to get back the $1,000 deposit I paid. The first person I contacted was Alex Oliver from Delta Animation, but his number has been disconnected as well.

Delta Animations is not a company you want to do business with. They have multiple companies under one. And when one receives a bad review or gets taken down they use another one of their websites to advertise to the same client base. Trust pilot. I would hope you report them to see their operations. I got contacted by 3 different companies but the same person from the same area was now calling me. I traced the numbers. And 7 of which I've blocked. I wrote a review about them and they responded saying I was never a client. They are correct. But for some reason the past 4 months they have contacted me over 37x including this week. By text, by calls and by email.

I dont understand how to make them go away. Ive asked to be placed on a do not call list. And they call me same person from a different company thats from the same exact area, same zip code, same person. Pretending to be someone else.

I spoke with someone from their company and they promised to stop bothering me. A day later I get a call from them again. This needs to stop.

for using their branding services for my upcoming business plan. i'm so glad i took their advice. they had fresh ideas and the best plans to take my business up to the mark. as soon as we launched our new brand identity, i immediately saw the positive impact it had.

Our company needed an affordable website and Delta's bid was of the lowest of any company I contacted. We got a great price also because they were the only company that allowed me do the design work myself. I sent them loads of different ideas and they never stopped making changes over the year. They offered too many ideas to list as we evaluated various methods to achieve a functional MVP. Every project manager I was assigned was passionate, kind and patient with me. I can be a handful.

I learned alot along the way from the teams at Delta. Our current account manager Sarah Wilson and project manager Leo Davis have been exceptionally effective. I do feel they have taken our project very seriously. Delta has revised our original agreement since we started in order to reallocate certain funds we invested into elements that were not originally in the scope of work.

Sarah added an element at the last minute for a very resonable price. I look forward to expanding features along the way.

Leo Davis is one of the kindest people I have ever spoken with and a pleasure to work with. I wish him a happy birthday.

The backend team has been equally professional and I will take this moment thank everyone I have worked with at Delta, so far. I can only speak for my experience and it has been excellent.

I did not expect excellent work for the price but over the year I am honestly very impressed with Delta's service, attention to details and willingness to improvise.

Our site is very unique and Delta is just as excited about it as we are.

The finished version came out fantastic for the time frame they were under. I didn't give them my voice over in time to get the complete video that I wanted. I am very pleased with the job they have done!! I most definitely will use their services again.

The animation came out great however it took longer than I had anticipated. Nevertheless, they got it done. Thank you.
