These gummies are good help you relax and feel unlike anything I ever had. The taste is good and are convenient because they are in gummy form

They are not delivering what I was expecting. It's difficult to find good Delta 8 Gummies and I'm still testing a lot of brands. I hope to find one that delivers the experience I once had back on Amsterdam when I first took some. I believe that the quality of the product impacts on the final result, not only the mg of Delta 8

I ordered some product from them on 4/14/2023. I received a email form them saying that my order had been placed and that it was paid for. I have sent 3 emails to customer service with no response, and 2 phone calls, that went to voice mail and still no response I would not recommend this company to anyone. Order at you own risk..

Company ran a great sale and so I ordered two items that were buy 2 get one free. One item came with the buy 2 get one and then the other item I paid for 2 and not only didn't get the free but I didn't get the free one. I messaged them several times with no response. I replied to one of their add emails and asked if it was monitored because I had reached out directly with no response. They replied and asked how they could help. I told them the situation and they ghosted me from there. Customer service is nonexistent and they are crooks. I have a dispute with the credit card company and working on getting a resolution. To date, they have yet to reply to the credit card company. Buyer beware and take your business elsewhere.

Also, The gummies I bought from another company were much better. Delta8gummies will leave your teeth feeling like they are coated with spray paint. Not cool. Garbage product from a garbage company!

I have read over the reviews on this site regarding this company and I am glad I found that I am not the only person who encountered shipping issues with this product. I paid for 'priority shipping' on 02/02/2023 and UPS still has not received this package. Their site claims that orders are shipped out within 3-5 business days from payment date. Like many others, I have emailed their support multiple times and haven't heard back.
I also noticed that this company straight up lies on its website regarding their trustpilot rating. They claim they have a perfect 5-star rating on trust pilot on their website, but their website does not actually link to their trust pilot page, it is only a screenshot of their '5-star rating'. This is bold faced lied. They have a 3.5 ish star trustpilot rating. This is false advertising. I was going to be charitable and wait for their support to respond, but after reading their actual trustpilot reviews and seeing them lie about their reviews I will be disputing this charge on my credit card and attempt to report this company for false advertising.

REGARDING NOW MY MOST RECENT ORDER IN DECEMBER, YOU SENT ME THE WRONG THING: YOU SENT ME THE $99 "PARTY PAK" INSTEAD OF THE $480 "CASE OF GUMMY BEARS". I HAVE BEEN LEAVING MESSAGES ON YOUR RATHER LIMITED PHONE MESSAGING SYSTEM EVER SINCE. THIS WAS ESP BAD BECAUSE I'VE BEEN OUR OF GUMMIES NOW FOR SEVERAL DAYS & WAS IN VERY BAD PAIN...SO, I FINALLY OPENED ONE OF THE JARS IN THIS MISTAKEN ORDER & I TOOK THE GUMMIES... I WOULD APPRECIATE A CALL OR EMAIL EXPLAINING HOW I WILL RETURN THIS MISTAKEN ORDER ( IF I CAN, AS I'M HANDICAPPED) ABSOLUTELY ASAP!!!

I ordered in the beginning of November. I have never received my order. I reached out after about 3 weeks to find out what happened, received an email response about having to get a different type as they don't ship the kind I ordered to CA. I responded to the email inquiry and gave authorization to ship whatever type they would to CA. It's 12/16/2022 and I have not received anything!!!! I reached out at least 1 more time via email but received no response.

I can`t lie, I try gummies from several manufactures trying to reach some sort of resolution of Chronic Pain.
Yea I know everyone has it and others have it worse, so if you have it you know how much it sucks!
I have a 5 level Lumbar fusion, Spinal Cord Stimulater implanted, 3 failed right rotator-cuff surgeries, Waiting for a complete total reverse shoulder replacement, Left Cuff torn, Right ACL 3 operations, and on....
So I know pain along with the others who are trying to find a little relief from anything at all

We received our 3 pack of gummy bears but unfortunately can't tolerate the smell or taste. We've tried delta 8 gummies from other brands with good results but these not only smell/taste bad, they don't have the expected effect. Shipping was very quick though!

I've tried contacting customer support but have yet to hear back in a week.

I havent received my package. UPS Can’t seem to tell me where my package is

The first time I ordered from here was great. Fast, easy, good product. The second time I placed an order, however, I received no tracking information or any follow up after the confirmation email. I waited a week because their website said it could take up to 5 days to process but never heard anything else besides an email to rate my experience. I went ahead and sent an email inquiring about the order and never got a response. I then tried using the support feature on the website and never got a response through that either. I was finally able to use a chat feature to learn that the package had been put in a locker somewhere over a week before. Luckily the items were not melted but certainly would have been if it was summer. The person I text chatted with said there had been a technical issue with their website, but they should have informed me of that and I would have appreciated some information about where my order was. If I hadn’t asked a third time, I probably never would have found it.. all that being said, I’m giving three stars because the first experience was great and the products are good quality.

The product is great but shipping was a mess. I received two different ship dates and updates were only from UPS because of my settings on my account with them. I have an update today from them that delivery should be today but I have not received it as of yet. If there is a delay in shipping it would be appreciated if I were updated from your company instead of relying on UPS.

My most recent order still has not arrived and the tracking feature on your website will not work.

I did not receive the entire package - I only received 2 of the three products.
When attempting to chat bot, I got nobody to help me.
When attempting to call your contact phone number, I got nobody to help me.
When emailing your contact address, I never got a response.
I also did not receive any tracking information or purchase confirmation in my email.

Ordering & shipping were 5 star; however, the potency of the gummies are 3 stars when compared to the gummies by Mental Extracts. I needed twice the dose of Delta 8 gummies, for the same calming/sleep effect (showing the same thc content).

I have not received as much as an email telling me what is going on with my order!! It is so frustrating waiting for a product that could help wit my extreme pain. So ridiculous!!!

I don't have my order and I have been texting for my tracking number. And I was debited 281.plus. I bought two and third one free. Trying to find out why my acct was debited that amount.

Good selection, quick processing and a good product. Love these guys.
