After sales/warranty non existent
Purchased a suitcase through Wardow the lock broke after the first trip, wardow wanted a complicated return filling out customs and sending to Europe, I thought I’ll go direct to Delsey as they have a UK base, not interested again a complicated return at my cost, asked if I could get a replacement lock they only provide one colour which would look odd as I have a cream suitcase. Given the cost of this brand the after sales doesn’t match up, I spent more as I wanted a quality brand and definitely did not get that and now left with the option of spending out more or having spent a lot of money for a suitcase that lasted one trip 😬
