Prompt customer service and fast shipping.
I had the chance to buy a pair of hiking shoes, unfortunately they were too small despite I checked the size chart in the shoes page before buying (that's why I give 4 starts instead of 5), BUT, but, the wearability seemed good and comfortable. So, I will buy again soon, since free return is included in the order. Maybe the same shoes, but 2 numbers bigger.
