Went to Deloox to buy my wedding fragrance as the cost was substantially lower than every other site.. delivery was quick delighted with the service.

Opened the parcel and the outer Xerjoff box was destroyed. The gold "XERJOFF" letters are half dissolved. The map print is stained and warped. The inner pouch is soaked.

The bottle had been leaking and no liquid inside . The perfume literally ate through its own box from the inside. My hands smelled like it before I even picked it up.

I sent Deloox these exact photos. Their response? Nothing. No refund, no replacement, no apology. They're acting like this is my problem.

No way anyone inspected this before shipping — you can smell it through the cardboard. And now they won't even own it.
