Lost package
This was my first order from Hungary from Deloox. The ordering process, payment, confirmation and sending of the package, as well as the tracking were all completely fine.
Unfortunately, my prepaid package was "lost" in the courier company's depot (Foxpost), so I didn't receive it, but that's not Deloox's fault. :(

I have ordered thousands of euros of perfumes from Deloox and never had a problem until now. A perfume was missing from my purchase and there was no packing slip to check. I contacted Deloox, which did take longer than I wished. But the final result is that I was refunded for the missing perfume. I would order from them again without hesitation.
