Food always excellent . We travel from Kettering probably once a week but find the entrance area very cold.

Damaged items. Out of date items sent and shocking customer service. Misled before their announcement of business model change. Avoid them.
Christmas disappointment
Made an order well before Christmas which took about two weeks to pack and ship, which is crazy since this is a UK company and I’m ordering from the UK. On the day of delivery I was told the delivery company had somehow ruined the package and everything had to be returned the Friday before Christmas, no help from Delli Market, refunded the money straight away which I appriciate however no alternative solution, no resending the package first class, no further help, we were just told the items were now out of stock (I get that it’s small batches but come on) Further contacted the company via Instagram and was ignored. Such a shame as this was a gift for a foodie and we were so excited to gift it, to be left with nothing.
Please don’t excuse this on the delivery service as I did not have this problem with a single other package, if your products are likely to damage package them better.

Ordered on 2nd December - no updates, no response, just the app stating a delay.
I’ve ordered before and had delays, the products are good, but this will be my last order as the communication and delivery is dreadful.

Good products and prompt delivery
I was worried as had ordered some gifts for Christmas and had seen a couple of negative reviews around delivery. Ordered products and chose delivery to a local store, delivered within 7 days which was bang in the middle of the estimated delivery time from Delli. Items were really well packaged and look great quality.
No longer shipping to Northern Ireland
Just went to order from Delli (having delayed an order waiting for a specific item to come back in stock) only to find they dont ship to Northern Ireland anymore. This didn't seem to be the case a few weeks ago and ive ordered from them before with no problems. They had actually sent me a voucher and free shipping offer due to an issue with a previous order and now I won't be able to use this. Very disappointing.

Placed order on 15th November it's now 8th December and still no delivery
Multiple emails with standard delays response that are not helpful
Such a shame as good product and great idea just let down by their poor customer care

Really slow, still haven’t got my order
Ordered on 18th November- 2 small bottles of sauce. Still hasn’t arrived over 3 weeks later. No response from customer services other than the generic we’re working hard to get back to you. If you’re thinking of ordering for Christmas I’d advise you to look elsewhere as it almost certainly won’t arrive in time.

Delays, delays, out of stock and more delays... where is my order?!
Pretty rotten ordering experience - yes, they have a great range of products but the delays and issues with ordering is ridiculous; when I made my first order it took a while to come and they'd sold out of a few of the items I'd ordered, I then made another order on November 14th - Evri lost the first parcel and Delli apparently arranged for a replacement to arrive "soon" which has still not arrived over a week later - I went back to their customer service this morning who said they'd sort it today, despite already being told this has already been actioned. I'm extremely disappointed.

Prompt delivery. Fantastic range of products. I bought a mixed box of snacks as part of our son's birthday present. He was really pleased with them. Unusual selection.

Delli is my go to fine food shop
Delli is my go to fine food shop. Living in N.Ireland it can be difficult to get these type of products shipped and I am so glad I found Delli. My first couple of orders weren't great, no fault of Delli but the courier they were using at the time, every single item arrived smashed but Delli were great with refunding and replacing. Thankfully I persevered and now with Evri everything arrives in perfect condition. I have to mention the customer service, Maya in particular has always been so helpful and so quick to respond. If only I was richer I would shop a lot more often but I order about 5-6 times a year and wouldn't be without Delli now.
