I am writing this review for delivery hero Pakistan
They are sneaking into my account and deducting money for no reasons since I paid them online previously through my easy paisa account for ordering food.
Frustrating and ridiculous
Terrible Customer Service at Glovo, wasted 3 hours, talked to 5 agents, they all said Rom Reimbursement Department will contact me in 10 mins. They never contacted me. They don’t have reference numbers for raised issues/cases. Good when everything goes smooth, terrible when they mess up your order.
Delivery hero in my opinion has no future. A German company with zero customer service. Everyone I know will always use Uber Eats or other alternatives before considering Delivery Hero. In addition, as a professional investor i would never buy their shares. Delivery Hero and Glovo dont even bother to answer you when you have a problem. They cant even learn form their successful competitors hwo to retian clients.The US service companies always respond and try to keep you as a long term client. Not these guys.I guess that is why their share price is in the sewer while Uber is soaring.
here’s a reason you see 30+ Grab and Lineman riders for each 1 Foodpanda driver. I ordered to a well known hotel in a well known area (Ploenchit). The driver decided to leave the food unattended outside a random building up the road and not even tell anyone lol. When this was put to the customer service they offered up canned replies with no substance and ended the chat on 2 occasions. 2hrs after placing my order I’m still hungry, I’m sure a homeless guy has had a nice pizza though. In my hometown I’d order almost everyday usually more than once. I’ll never place another order again now.
Delivery Hero company recruiting the thieves! I have so bad experience and there are many similar stories. The delivery man stole my phone and escaped with his bike. I have location history of my phone. You need to find the thief.
