My experience with Delightful Hair has been very disappointing. I purchased their extensions expecting high-quality remy human hair, as advertised, but within just two weeks, they became tangled, lifeless and unusable. Even my professional hairstylist, who installed them, was surprised and questioned whether it was truly human and/or remy hair.
When I reached out to Delightful Hair to report the issue, I was initially told that there was nothing they could do. Later, when I mentioned I would share my experience online, they expressed interest in ‘finding a solution’ and asked me to provide proof, despite previously telling me they would not assist. This made it more difficult for me to gather evidence, as I had already thrown the extensions away after their initial refusal to help. Fortunately, I still had photos as evidence. After submitting evidence, I was informed that my complaint fell outside their warranty period, which I personally found to be extremely short and I also found it confusing that they asked for evidence, only to state after providing it that my complaint was outside the warranty period? This was devastating, as I had reached out to them within the first month after installation.

Additionally, I was told I could return an unopened pack of extensions of €89 for a refund. To this day, I have not received my refund, although they claim to have processed it. I had to contact them over and over again about this...

Bottom line: in my experience and view, the quality of the extensions did not align with what I expected based on the advertisement, and I believe it’s reasonable to expect that ‘real human remy hair’ would last longer than 2-3 weeks. Perhaps the extensions were part of a bad batch, which can happen, but the lack of a solution & on top of that: the missing refund, made it a devastating customer service experience for me. I regret purchasing from them

Ordered a shampoo product, they sent the wrong one. I emailed them at the address advertisied on the website. Email bounced back. Tried to complete the contact us form on the website - it doesnt submit. Tried to call, number is dead. Not a business you want to buy from.

Excellent quality hair and brilliant customer service .. I had a problem with an order and they were beyond helpful.. I would definitely recommend this company and I will be purchasing again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! … ..

Absolutely do not buy from here. The hair is thin, does not match the gram nor the color. Synthetic hair is much better than this. Don't waste your money.

I ordered, I received the wrong item. I was sent a return note, which did not say where it should be delivered, nor did it say my information from the sender. The package was lost, and could not be returned either, as there was no message from the sender. So not only did I waste over NOK 1,000, but I also lost over NOK 1,000 when ordering again.

It's not worth it, rather buy from more trustworthy sites.

Absolutely Steer Clear of This Shambles of a Company.

Ordered ~400 Euro / ~ £390 of extensions after reading all their material. Sadly because I was looking around for something specific, I bypassed checking out reviews of the company, and boy I wish I had.

These are nothing but scam artists looking to make quick money by selling substandard products. After only a few weeks of being professionally installed (at a cost of almost 100 Euro), the hair started to get brittle and tangled, even with an extensive care routine every day (oils, conditioner etc). After many emails back and forth we finally got them to admit their responsibility and they offered a refund if the goods where returned. They where sent and recorded as delivered/return at End May 2023. We are now in End August and I am still yet to receive the refund, despite many promises that 'Its being processed';

Fortunately for me (and unfortunately for them) I'm going to raise a Section 75 Dispute against my credit card to recover the monies under the Consumer Credit Act, and them being in breach of contract.

I will warn anyone again, this is a small outfit, made of up 4-5 people that DO NOT CARE. Do not waste your money giving it to these people.

I bought the extensions from the company. tape extensions and more expensive bouble drawn. I read the reviews but thought I'd be brave enough to order hair from them. It was a mistake. For a week the hair was fine, but immediately after the first wash it became frizzy and tangled. No matter how well you take care of it, it won't help. I would have liked to believe that I would get quality hair. Don't order an extension here if you don't want to waste money

Tape Hair arrived. Looked great and really thick and amazing quality. Since having them in for 1 week they are malting so much and I've had to cut so much off as they tangle so easy. I use sulphate free shampoo and never go to bed with wet hair and always tie it up and use a satin pillow and they still mat and malt so much. Not the best and really disappointed

Didnt get my package . Looks like delivery company Post Nord not so good and for Delightfulhair better to choose other firm for delivering

I orderd tape extensions and after two weeks hadn’t received them. New package of hair was sent when I contacted customer service and it came within promised time. However, the tape sucked. After 72 hours I first time washed the hair and almost 80% of the extensions washed off. I have used other tapes before so I know how to put them on.
One star comes from good customer service.

FIN: Ostin 200 sinettiä joista on kuukauden jälkeen jäljellä ehkä yksi kolmasosa. Pidennyksen laittoi kampaaja, ja minulla on ollut pidennyksiä useita vuosia joten todellakin tiedän miten niitä tulee hoitaa. Harjatessa irtoaa JOKA kerran iso läjä hiuksia, ja ihan vain jos liu-uttaa sormet tukan läpi jää irtoaa hiuksia todella paljon. Alunperin ruskeat sinetit ovat muuttuneet vaaleiksi ja mureneviksi - ja ei, ne eivät ole altistuneet millekkään käsittelyille, ainoastaan normaalille pesulle. Näinollen myös kokonaisia sinettejä /osioita irtoaa paljon. Otin yhteyttä asiakaspalveluun ja sieltä ilmoitettiin vain että jos haluan hyvityksen, täytyy KÄYTETYT HIUKSET PALAUTTAA ?!?! Lähetin valokuvan hiusmäärästä mikä irtoaa harjatessa vaan ei. Minun olisi pitänyt kerätä irronneet hiukset ja sinetit koko ajan talteen ja lähettää heille saadakseni hyvityksen?? Eli tällä he kiertävät korvausvelvollisuutensa. EN TODELLAKAAN SUOSITTELE!
ENG: AVOID AVOID AVOID! Ordered keratin tipped extension. My hairdresser who has made all my extensions for many years did it now also - and I really know how to take care of extension hair. After one month there is maybe one third left of the hair. Every time I just brush my hair it comes off in heaps - or if I just run my fingers through the hair I have a handful of shedded hair. The tips that originally were brown (same colour as the hair) have turned pale and crumbly. And no - there has not been any exoposure to chemicals like colouring etc. just normal wash. I contacted the customer service and I was told that I must send back the USED HAIR?!?!? I sent them a pic showing the amount of shedded hair after brushing, and asked are they serious - like I had gathered all the shedded hair and tips to send them?? And the answer was yes - only way to get compensation is to send the used hair back. What a way to avoid from giving compensation from their crappy product. I REALLY DO NOT RECOMMEND - AVOID THIS SELLER!

The attachment on the appliance is a European plug. It did not state this anywhere, and the purchase price was in pounds and was under the impression it would be a UK plug if bought in pounds and delivered to the UK

Delivery was quick and if you are wanting European appliance then no problems
