Took 3 days not delivered next day
And to be honest I should have gone to Aldi for the money there not worth it

arrived scheduled date and time

Ordered on Saturday am to be delivered on Monday for a birthday and they arrived Tuesday, company doesn’t care and send generic responses stating delivery is not guaranteed it’s a guideline if I wanted a guideline, I wouldn’t have ordered them as they where for a birthday. Will never use this company again and would advise you all not to as well, oh and I got charged £5.99 for a premium delivery

I placed an order with these on a Thursday evening and paid for priority delivery believing that the delivery would be the following day. The delivery was to be made to an office, I got an email from Royal Mail stating the delivery would be made between 7am and 7pm on Saturday. I contacted the flower company and cancelled that because there would be nobody there. The flowers were then due to be delivered on Monday but weren’t, they were finally delivered on Tuesday. Probably looking the worse for wear after being in a Royal Mail van for 5 days. Definitely don’t use these for prompt delivery.

Can’t believe I am writing this.I have ordered a few flowers from this company and my friends and family who have recieved them have been very pleased with them. I had 24 roses delivered for my grandaughters birthday yesterday and today she has sent me photos of them all drooping.Even the £2 69 bunches you buy in Aldi last almost two weeks.Photos have been sent to company UPDATE Apologies recieved from the company and replacement flowers sent to my grandaughter

Poor service flowers arrived two days late so spoil med the birthday and when they did arrive it want until late evening 4pm and the flowers where not on great condition, would not recommend

The quantity was not as what was shown in your picture it was half the size that I received the quality was okay but wont be buying from you again

I ordered some flowers on a saturday, and ordered them for sunday as they have “next day delivery”,and they didn’t come until mid day tuesday.

However,the flowers are very nice and are good quality just a shame the shipping is very slow.

Was a bit annoyed ordered on the Friday for Saturday delivery. But didn't turn up untill monday. Pretty bouquet but hlaf the roses 🌹 are dead already.

i am very dissapointed in your delivery as you sent my daughters flowers to BIDEFORD and NOT CHITTLEHAMPTON. where are they now? i want them at my daughters today .i made the address clear enough so please tell me where they are.

Ordered some flowers and a get well soon balloon for my aunt. Was a bit sceptical ordering as the prices seemed to good to be true.They were delivered next working day and have to say they were absolutely beautiful! My aunt was really pleased with them too. Looks like Delightful flora will be getting my custom again. Thank you

I ordered Friday for them to be delivered Saturday. For my husband for our anniversary. It's now Tuesday and there apparently coming tomorrow now. Ordered Friday 11/09/2026 and it's now 15/09/2026 and still not delivered

Order was placed nearly a week before my selected date too be delivered. Was a surprised birthday gift. Royal Mail emailed too say my order will be delivered the day after the date I requested!!. I emailed company too say i was not happy, they were no help, made excuses. 1st an last time I be using this company!!...

Please please do not use this company for your floral gifts.
I paid forbkarger bouquet and prenium delivery for certain day a birthday gift and they used royal mail and it was not delivered on the day I'm so disappointed it made me look like I had forgotten my mother in law and then I had to explain to her what had happened so was no longer a birthday surprise.
What a rubbish service.
Flowers were dead when she finally received they will not refund.. be aware

Ordered a bouquet of 24 pink roses for my wife on our 24th anniversary. My wife loved them and described them as "the nicest flowers she'd ever received".

Do not use this company. I ordered flowers on a Friday, for delivery the following Wednesday. Plenty of time you would think. No flowers did not arrive Wednesday, or Thursday. They eventually arrived on Friday, and after hanging around in a Royal Mail depot, were in extremely poor condition. I contacted Delightfulflora, ( only contactable by email) they seem to have a not interested attitude. I explained that the flowers were not as I ordered, should have been Rose's and Freesias, they sent Roses and Carnations, no explanation. Just told to send a photograph, but the flowers were in such a statehalf of them were thrown away. All they said was that they can't guarantee delivery on the requested day. No point ordering from them then. They do not care. They have poor customer communications, and an anything will do attitude.
