Truly disappointed with this product

Truly disappointed with this product. I’ve bought and tried original Ella’s granola on a number of occasions from waitrose who are the main stockist and each time I have I notice less and less key ingredients in the receipt and an odd stale smell.

I feel this product is misleading, it claims to contain coconut and cinnamon but I can’t taste or snell it! At least Spoon granola does what it says on the tin unlike Ella’s. Try Spoon!

This company are a bunch of thieves

This company are a bunch of thieves! They have taken money from my account for a subscription I didn’t have. They have tried to tell me that I won a free year (I never signed up for this and never received an email). They are refusing to give me my money back!

I am going to log this with my credit card company as it is fraudulent!

Underhand money makers

Signed up for their online 'Feel Better' account a year ago, and Deliciously Ella rolled it over and charged me again a year later. There was no reminder in advance, no contact at all – just took my money from my bank account. When I emailed for a refund (there is no contact telephone number anywhere – only email) the answer was no. They sent an electronic reply which said "no refunds" before they even read my email, and then responded to reiterate "no refunds". I replied saying this is unacceptable and I want my money back and they are now ignoring me.

This is an underhand way of making money out of people and I warn anyone using Deliciously Ella to "watch their backs". I have been forced to pay them money for an account that I do not want, that I will not be using, and I certainly will not be purchasing any of their food as it is overpriced and tastes awful.

The nut butters are inedible

The nut butters are inedible! And DE don't seem to want to publish my honest review on their website (it's been 'awaiting approval' for over a week now).

They are inedible due to the amount of salt. I ordered the chocolate and hazlenut & vanilla PBs and was so excited as I eat a lot of peanut butter. The salt is so overpowering that I wonder if there is a manufacturing error, but I guess we'll never know as deliciously ella are choosing not to respond to me. Really poor customer service for such an expensive product IMO.

My delivery also took 5 days to arrive which is pretty long IMO (but it was shipped after 1 working day).

You can get sugar -and salt- free peanut butters in all supermarkets now for cheaper.

I've just bought the gluten free berry…

I've just bought the gluten free berry granola from Tesco. It's expensive but decided to give it a go as the picture of the cereal looked great on the front of pack

I was really confused after opening the pack as it said " with berries" I couldn't see any!

Unfortunately it didn't meet expectations - apart from a few freeze-dried blackcurrants and some freeze-dried raspberry dust all I had was the toasted grains.

I seriously expected a little more from this brand and given the price of it.

It's seriously brand damaging and definitely falls short of the on pack visuals.

Don't think I'll be paying out for this brand again

Bars

I only can give my opinion about the bars, but I noticed that they have about 25% of various sugars per 100g, each bar is 50g. This is way too much if you want to have one bar per day. Sugar is in every food nowadays. That is why they are so tasty... it is an old story...

Thought I'd try their gluten free Nutty…

Thought I'd try their gluten free Nutty Granola, which on the box it looked very nutty.
When i decanted a portion it was a visually disappointing product! Even with magnifying glasses i couldn't see the nuts. The 3 stars are for the taste.

Such excellent customer service!

Such excellent customer service!

Familiar with their excellent products, I had ordered several products at Deliciously Ella. This seemed to be held up due to Brexit rules. They were handling my order very well, keeping me updated. It arrived a little later and now they have EU shopping and shipping. Great company, great products.

Love love love Deliciously Ella products

I have been a fan of the healthy and tasty recipes of DE so when they launched their crackers and chocolate dipped almonds, I tried them and I LOVED them.
My favourites are the sweet potato crackers and orange chocolate dipped almonds and the bircher muesli. Such a tasty way to eat gluten and dairy free. I also find their customer support very responsive and helpful whenever I have a query or an issue about my order. Thanks team DE.

Totally wrong product!

Totally wrong product!

I ordered 4 packets of Deliciously Ella Bircher Muesli, these are quite pricy but being coeliac, I search for gluten free products which the nicest texture and taste. However, I was sent the totally wrong product, Granola with apple, cinnamon & coconut?
So, 4 packs of Granola arrived and I was surprised... no explanation at all from this company, not even a courtesy email asking if I would like this product?
I ordered Muesli so no, I do not want Granola!
I have tried to contact this company but to no avail.
Can I please have my muesli and be treated like a valued customer
