I ordered Christmas ornaments weeks ago. I still have not received them. They overcharged me and I had to message them and ask why. They did credit my account, but if I had not caught their mistake, I’m not sure they would have.

The ornaments are actually being shipped from China, The updates are few.

I email and have to wait days to get a response.

I would advise everyone to not order from this company. Dave yourself the stress!

I ordered the sister ornament. I saw the ad on Facebook. I will never order that way again! The tracking said it was delivered on 11/24/24. I never received it. I told them so and all I'm getting in return is that it was delivered. I said I wanted my money back and am not getting a response. TOTAL SCAM!!

Ordered a mummy outhouse on September 4, 2024 for halloween through Instagram. Was supposed to talk and move. Kept emailing them for updates and when I threatened to report them they said it suddenly had shipped. Received a non-operating ceramic toy on November 6th. Emailed them and they said to send pics (ridiculous). I did. No response. Emailed back and they said they could not refund. Total scam. Talking to my bank about a refund...I guess Instagram does not vet these places.

They got me. Ordered "Friendship Elephants" and keep getting "tracking" numbers that lead to nothing. Working with Paypal to get my $48 back. Instagram pushed their ad hard.

I received an empty box, no items or receipt. They will not replace or refund. Bad customer service. Trying to get PayPal to refund my payment.

Complete scam. Invoice showed $31, I was charged $38. I emailed them within an hour of placing the order and seeing the charge and told them I wanted the order cancelled. They claimed the overcharge was an "error" and refunded me the difference. I replied that I wanted the order cancelled. It was not, and five days later the order shipped, telling me I was too late to cancel. Since then I've discovered they play this 'error' all the time and clearly rely on folks not checking their accounts. I received the item and it's absolute junk. I've disputed with my credit card company and will follow up with the BBB.

This is a SCAM website.. Ordered the Big Lots outhouse mummy thing off instagram ad, showed up as a metal outhouse shell, the mummy on a spring inside NO electronics/speaker/place for a battery etc. Someone is literally overseas making metal outhouses like the actual toy and just sending them taking your money. This is how the scam works.. They spam social media with ads.. you go the site.. You order the product they send you a chinese garbage fake.. they have a middleman company in Chicago which sends you the product when it comes into the USA. Their customer service email isn't delicaten, its some fake email.. They offer a $3-$4 refund.. If you dispute the charge on paypal for the purchase.. they say they will refund the full amount upon return of the product.. the catch? They want the product returned to CHINA, NOT CHICAGO. It costs $150-200 to ship the product back to China and if you ordered multiple the amount is higher so you lose money sending it back. These sellers are also on Walmart.com and Amazon.com

** EDIT After speaking to Paypal on the phone Paypal gave me a credit of the charge and they are investigating the paypal account linked to payment on the website.

I ordered a toy outhouse for my granddaughter back in Sept. It came today 11/8/24 it doesn't operate. Just the outhouse shell. I will never do business with this company. Sorry company.

This company is a fraud! Should be 0 stars. Just a phishing site. I reported to my credit card co 30 mins after I ordered an item when the text they sent me was fraudulent. The company said my item had already shipped - LIE!!!
Credit card company has started an investigation.

I ordered 4 bunches of flowers to fill “big” pots. What I received was 4 small bunches that says desk decoration. The order was for $29.59 but they charges my credit card $36.99. After many complaints they finally gave me a credit. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I purchased 2 "bunches" of fake flowers. When they arrived they are so small. They will not fill a plant bucket! still fighting with them to get a refund! Do not order from them.

Just know you’re getting garbage from China. If you try to return (at your expense) they will jerk you around and never give you the return address. I was told to try to sell the product to a friend instead of returning it. I finally gave up after arguing for days and disputed the charge with my credit card company.

Horrible overpriced product. I got $3 worth of artificial flowers for $35. The claim each bunch will fill a pot....just not the pot they showed. HORRIBLE company. Offered to refund $4.....what a joke. Do not buy from them....you will be very disappointed....

Worst thing I have ever bought. Cost so much. The car mug holder are nothing but junk, they do not come with the sponge pieces to make them fit. Also they do not hold the large cups like advertised, my cup fell out. It took almost three months to get the item.

Wish I would gave read these reviews before ordering. The wooden hug hearts are terrible. The quality of the wood, craftsmanship and painting are sub standard quality. Picture in ad is very misleading. Do not buy!!!!

I ordered 3 "handmade" wooden hearts. $15 each = $45 total. They were crudely painted with an airbrush, probably automated. I had planned to use them as gifts, but they were so poorly done that I would have been embarrassed to give them to anyone. I requested a refund. Customer "Service" asked me for photos, which I provided. Then they replied saying they were sorry that I was dissatisfied with my purchase and they would tell their production people about the poor quality. They did not reply to my question about how to get a refund. We exchanged two more emails where I asked to return the items for a refund and they replied with profuse apologies, but ignored my request for a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! SCAM

BUYER BEWARE! $64 U.S. dollars down the drain! Car cup holders that won't fit in the car and won't hold U.S. size travel mugs, cans, or water bottles! Offered a $3 refund. Not allowed to return to Chicago, Illinois where they shipped from. Told they'd need to be shipped back to China. No surprise, in retrospect. Purchased IN November, didn't ship (from Chicago) until the end of December, Arrived at the end of January. Total junk!

I would give them a zero rating too if I could. After finally receiving the items, they weren’t at all what I needed so I inquired about a refund and returning them. After jumping through so many hoops, wasting my time, they off me $3 to keep when I spent over $60! Or I’d have to pay shipping to return to China. It’s a scam!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered what I thought would be a nice Christmas gift from this company - that I found on Facebook. It arrived not only damaged, but the label on it was completely crooked (so that wasn't just a shipping issue - they sent me garbage). My total cost was $34.98, and I requested a refund of my money - they gave me a huge run around and eventually offered me a TWO DOLLAR refund. After a quick google search (after my purchase, which was my bad), I realized this company is a complete fraud. BEWARE!

This company is a scam. I placed an order like an idiot without reading reviews. The amount I was charged was significantly more than the price quoted on the order form. I can't get a response from the company other than an automated email with a link to shop more on their site. Any other links in the email take me to their FAQ page, not customer support. I've reported this to my credit card company, but they told me I'd have to give the vendor 10 days to make good on the sale, refund or send the product. They did note on my account an issue so we will see what Delicaten does. I've sent three emails using their contact us link and replying to the automated responses from them. The automated response email they sent does receive emails at the email address because they reply back to me so it isn't a No Reply email address. My Warning to anyone ordering from this company, Don't do it!
