My experience with Delebil

My experience with Delebil. After payment confirmation, I din't hear anything else from them regarding delivery. Just pay and hope for the best. They are not responsible for any delays, they do not inform about any delays. If you want to cancel, you still have to pay for shipment. Customer service is very rude. The guy I spoke with informed me of minimum 10 days to wait, eventhough their website states 5 to 7 days. When he couldnt answer he just hanged up the phone. Needless to say I'm not buying anything else from this company!
