I requested my account to be deleted 2…
I requested my account to be deleted 2 weeks ago a nothing happened except a message to say it was being dealt with by customer service team. When I started chatting to someone it took 8 simple requests of please delete my account with repeated counter offers before my very clear request was processed. I could understand an initial attempt to keep my service but to have to ask 7/8 times the same request was excessive.

There really wasn't an issue. Anna had sent me an email regarding National Pet Day asking if there are any pets in the household. When she reminded me, I told her about how there came to be 5 dogs in our household. She was very appreciative of the story I related to her about how there came to be 5 dogs in this home.
