I had a CT test today in Guerleden this afternoon and it failed because the oil filler cap was missing so they couldn't do an emissions test.
I was a Mot inspector for 45 years and occasionally this used to occur.
I would of looked down the side of the engine to see where it had fallen and retrieved it which is what I done when my wife returned with the car.
I would of done everything possible to solve the problem and definitely wouldn't of allowed someone to drive away without something to stop the oil spillage.
I am very unhappy with the lack of care given in this situation.

I obtained an appointment by phone a mere 24 hours before the date. The secretary was helpful and explained the process so I knew how long it would take and if it mattered if I was a little late.
The actual checks on my car were done quickly and effectively by Karim (ANTIBES dugommier) who also provided me with iced water while I waited. There were no surprises price-wise: the whole experience could not have gone more smoothly. I shall certainly return there.

Strange, I received a leaflet in the post to tell me I had to do my controle technique with my numberplate and the deadline.... the strange thing is this, I moved house since my last controle technique, so how did Dekra Norisko obtain my new address?
Very troubling, will probably not use them for my future controle technique because of this.
