The Worth company ever. These people doesn't even have dignity to tell the truth. 3 months since I ordered and nothing. They don't even have phone number. Terrible.

They are a terrible company, I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. 2 months and still nothing and their customer service is a joke.

I have never known a company like this! I am constantly receiving delay emails, I've been waiting for 2 months for my order. I've sent them so many emails about issuing me with a refund but they say they can't issue one, I have to waste my time waiting in for my delivery only to turn it away! They haven't been helpful at all! Stay clear!!

Very poor service, never received my order, been waiting almost 2 months and almost one month fighting to get my money back. I contacted them 3 times asking to cancel my order. And suddenly they said we have issues transferring your money back. Until now I haven’t received the payment back.

PLEASE DONT WASTER YOUR MONEY WITH THIS WEBSITE!!!! THEY WILL LIE TO YOU ABOUT LATE DELIVERY DATE AND NOT DELIVER YOUR PRODUCT! DO NOT BUY IT!!!!!!!!!!! IT HAS BEEN A MONTH AND NO PRODUCT!!!!!!

Item was delivered to incorrect address. Dekordump responded by repeating that the item had been delivered. I provided photo evidence of my address against the proof of delivery photo UPS had provided Dekordump to prove it had been left at a front door that was not mine. Dekordump suggested I went round my neighbours to find the item and then just stopped responding to my emails. Extremely poor customer service and no responsibility taken for unfulfilled order.

Do not use this company.. Placed a order in January now over 80days later still no item received...Emails sent daily like most reviews now not answering...Taking legal action

1star is too much for them...I order table from beginning of February and wet I don't have nothing. Every day they give me different answers. First they tell delivery is 2-3 week. After they tell me its on the way,next time 2-4days,next have a warehouse problem,now coming on 3th April week.... I write to give me money back and they write me its not possible, if I want I can return table when they delivered me....

I ordered a table in February. No info about the delivery time. Then after 2 weeks I contacted them, they answered the delay is usually 2-3 weeks but no more info about where is my product in the process. After 5 weeks without any news I cancelled my order. Reimbursement in 2 days.
I really wonder if the really sell stuff finally, if this company has a real activity. At least they did not steal my money…

There's no information on the website about it that need to wait 2-3 weeks on the furnitures . And that's why 4 , not 5 starts . I asked for give back money coz I don't want to wait that long . Money back after 2 days . Company is also answering on mails . There no other problems . I can't say anything about furnitures because I cancelled my order and get money back

Do not ever buy from this website.
They are thieves.

I ordered a tv stand back in January and they said to expect delivery within a month. I start emailing them and they kept apologising for the delay and as soon as i mentioned compensation for such a long delay they blocked my email now my emails dont send to them! Seriously such a joke of a company! Dont order from here!!!

Do not use! Table was supposed to come in 2 weeks, it took 2.5 months.
On arrival box was damaged and parts missing, it takes them ages to answer their emails and over 2 weeks later they have still not sent the missing parts which are only the specialist screws/ nuts. Absolutely awful experience.

do not order on this site it's a total scam I have been ordering tv stand furniture for almost 2 months all day an e-mail arrives to tell me you will receive your order until today nothing I ask for a refund it my blocked I can no longer send them e-mail but I already denounce their site to the police👎👎👎👎👎👎

I was honestly worried after ordering as there was no mention of delivery period in their confirmation email. We emailed them and said it will take 3 weeks. It took 4 weeks but we are very happy with the product. It was also easy to assemble.

I ordered yesterday, the product arrived today. The product was packed very well and the quality is good enough. Don't expect an amazing quality though.

IT'S A SCAM! Don't buy!!!!

I got a piece of furniture there in November, kept receiving emails telling me that the delivery was delayed. After 5 MONTHS, NEVER GOT ANYTHING! Wrote multiple emails to the customer support, all the time they kept promising the furniture would arrive soon. They kept sending me automated emails saying that the furniture has finally arrived to the warehouse and would be sent soon, but a few days later, there always be another email saying that "unfortunately there was a delay again"... Bottom Line: NEVER GOT ANYTHING.

Absolute disgrace of a company. I ordered a tv stand back in December which took many weeks to get here. Including the tax to the UK it was £300. I’ve emailed 10 times as the stand came so damaged and I requested a full refund. They asked for my bank details in January and still nothing. They had the cheek to email and ask if I’d keep the tv stand for a 60% discount! What the hell!! It was a total mess. Many more emails have now been sent and no reply. Been totally ripped off. They need to be caught and closed down for ripping people off!

After reading the reviews and lack of response from you guys, I'm beginning to panic. I've ordered a coffee table and matching tv stand and have no idea when there will be any delivery if at all. You don't have any contact number visible either so it seems that you don't want to be contacted. Please respond.

I placed an order for a TV unit and Coffee table.
When placing the order it stated that the item was in stock and would be delivered in 1 week.
I have been waiting 2 months for this order,
To date only the TV unit has arrived - no news about coffee table.

The quality of the TV unit is horrible, each panel of the unit are different colour of grey, when the order states 'black' and the panels themselves are covered in scratches and chips. The whole unit has damages everywhere.

I have requested a return and full refund - lets see how they handle it.

To anyone reading this, I would suggest to stay away from this company. The website appears to show aesthetic products but the reality is far from this.
