Fraud?

Slow shipping (almost 3 weeks), poor updates and finally selling european winter tyres as nordic winter tyres. These tyres are two totally different tings so shame on dekkonline for that. On top of that fraud they have on their web info about the Viking tyres, "Continental thread and produced by Continental". These Viking tyres are nowhere near Conti tyres and the text are nothing but missleading, intentional. The Viking winter tyres are a decent for use in the summer and autum but as a nordic wintertyre, its at best just useless! First and last time shopping at dekkonline!

"In addition we wish to inform you that Viking is a sub-brand of Continental. That is not to say that Viking uses the same production or is the same quality as some Continental tire."

Then why mention Continental and clearly as a stamp of quality? If thats not fraudulent marketing you people really need an instant moral reality check! And btw, Ive checked with a local tyre dealer and there is nothing in common or link to any Continental products besides company ownership. So once again, shame on you!

Products where not delivered. When finally partial delivery came, the tiers where so old (hard) that the partner of dekkonline who the tiers where shipped to said that it´s impossible to put them on the wheels. The support keeps sending standard email templates with BS when you contact them. Avoid at all cost!

On time, right product, fair price

I have ordered the exact same tyre no less than FOUR - 4! times in the last 9 months. Someone at that distribution warehouse must be eating rubber.
1. First I get the order confirmation,
2. Then I can see the order has been sent to the warehouse.
(only this process takes often longer than a week)
3. And then I hear nothing.
The last time I checked I could track it all the way through to the warehouse. And then to my surprise it was supposedly shipped out on June 28 with arrival 07.07. But no. Now it is lost in transit somewhere and no one even sends an update to let me know.

Hasslefree business, delivered as promised!

Have used Dekkonline two times now, and worked excellent both times. Even the last time I ordered wrong dimensions and had to return them back, they arranged the pickup and everything went just well.

The only thing I would point out is that you need to check the costs with the local company that will change the tyres.

I have ordered tyres from dekkonline.com several times. They have delivered as they have promised all the times. Reasonable prised tyres compared to other tyre outlets. I surely will buy again from them.

Actually even 1 star is too much.
The tyres were delivered 3 weeks(!!!!) after the order. In fact this happened 2 weeks after my cancellation of the order! Nobody can answer why they were delivered at all.
Promised to credit the account 4.5 days after order cancellation. Now it is 10 days since cancellation of the order. No money.
The people on the phone do not have a clue about service. Direct question: "where is my money" answer: "Let me explain how we work!".
Never admit any fault. “Sorry” - is the hardest word to use,

Delivery terms: "As soon as we can".
Returning money: “We do not know, as soon as accounting do”. “Can I talk to the accounting?” – “No”.
Transportation and tracking is a joke! First delivered one(!) tyre (instead of 4), but to the wrong address in Sweden (!).
"Sorry it was a wrong link"
Ok, according to the new link the goods were 9 days in the Postnord stock in Sweden. Called to Postnord Sweden. They answered: we just created the AWB labels and never sent anything out of our stock. It looks like a magic how did they cross the boarder and where did they pay customs duties. Does not smell right….
If you like to gamble and/or wait for your tyres "as soon as they come" - go ahead.
Never ever again.
If money does not arrive next week- I will report them to the police.
