Racist employees
On the 25th of April around 14.30-15.00 Purmerend DekaMarkt (1442PX), when I was shopping with my family I couldn't find anything to buy and we wanted to exit without shopping.
We had a bag from Lidl , a different shop and we had two products from Kruidvat. For Kruidvat products, I didn't receive a receipt.
When we wanted to exit, an employee stopped us and she was very rude without asking(!?) and started checking our bags without any explanation, so she called her colleague. A different employee checked our products and barcodes and she did anons to her manager. Finally they understood, products belong to us. They were very rude, very racist to us. They blamed us without any questions to me and to my family. Their behaviour was unacceptable.
Please train your employee's acting. They have to be polite. Being racist actions are unacceptable!!! Educate your employees! Select your employees.
No one can blame us. No one can check our bags without asking. No one can act to anyone being racist.
From now on; I will not shop from your store.
