We are so pleased with our de-humidifiers, look good, and easy to work. We could not find anyone to deliver to the Isle of Man, then we found George and thankyou to Terry and Ellie for prompt delivery, this firm were so good, efficient, and so friendly, we would definately recommend this firm, the delivery was so fast even to here in the I.O.M. Very happy with our purchase.

Thanks to Mr Wrigglesworth I took the plunge to buy the Brolin BR20C. I was apprehensive making the switch from a model at twice the price but I am glad I did. This unit is a "moisture monster" and is providing excellent service. I have had the unit for 6 days and and emptied it 5 times, fantastic!. I am delighted to reccomend this unit to anyone in need of an excellent de-humidifier 10/10. Thanks to Mr Wrigglesworth for his friendly, courtious and knowledgable support.

I bought an item and had an issues with it - the delivery was delayed for a week and no one got back to me untill one of the emails was picked up by Ellie Gray. She has sorted all things efficiently and the item was send straightforward. Unfortunately I have lost a contract during the week, so I have to return it as I didn't need it at all. Ellie was so professional and efficient, she took care again and I was able to send all back quickly. I think she is such a credit to a company, her communication skills are so professional and service super efficient. I'm so happy she took over everything and sorted it out in such professional way. I think during this difficult time it's really important to have someone who is so helpful and professional. Thanks again Ellie, you're super star!

Couldn't get through at first and left a couple of voicemails. To my surprise, George called me back and we discussed the pros and cons of the different types of dehumidifiers. I placed my order and all went well.
Even though the website is excellent and easy to use, it's nice to be able to talk to someone.

Delayed ordering because we was away and wasnt sure when it would be delivered. When I did order it had gone back to full price. Rang up and George supplied at reduced price and ni couldn't believe was delivered the next day. Good job I waited. Very impressed with the service I received.

I had problems at the beginning of this order because of the delay from manufacturers, but once George got hold of the situation he took complete control! He communicated really well, was really apologetic and dealt with it superbly! I would give this company 5 stars but minus 1 because of delay which wasn’t really their fault.

I placed an order on line and paid for it, but the web site crashed at the end of payment, I have had no email confirmation but the money has come out of the account, I will wait till Monday to call the compaly and see if this can be resolved and more important the equipment turns up.

Fantastic service from the team. We needed a lot of very specific heating equipment at very short notice. George and Ellie organised everything for us with some creative thinking - and very fair clear pricing too. Some of what we ordered turned out to not be to the spec we needed and they refunded us for that without any question. I called 4 companies about this requirement - this was the best shout by a long way

Placed an order online at 5 p.m. on Friday and delivery of the dehumidifier was made by 11a.m. next day!!
Tracking the item was great.

I bought 2 dehumidifiers from the company. Despite initial issues with the first order, they were swiftly resolved and I could not fault the service. George went out of his way to assist me and was very polite and respondent to my emails. I would recommend the company if you are looking to buy an item they sell.
