Excellent platform, very low fees, 100% trustworthy, never had any issue. However, I give 4/5 instead of 5/5 because DEGIRO:
1) does not offera Visa card linked with the account

Pros & cons
Generally a good and fast GUI. Good job!
The things I would like to get better are:
1) more info about dividends (with all the history data)
2) stock history data for even longer than 3 years
3) also a good feature would be for every exchange to show how the cost was calculated
4) live customer service would be helpful

Broad range of stocks and other financial instruments, excellent customer support and low commissions make DEGIRO one of the leaders in this sector. Nevertheless, I am not 100% sure that they are not involved into sketchy businesses such as Payment For Order Flow (PFOF).

Satisfied but there is still room for improvement
I was satisfied with the way my order was executed... The fact that i am investing in an etf fund gives me the opportunity to diversify my portfolio... I would also like to see more information about the dividend yield, the ex dividend date, payment date and so on... Additionally i believe that the document section of the ETFs can be enriched with more data, because the ones available are not sufficient for my investment decision and i have to search them by my own... Furthermore, it is mentioned in your website that i will be able to talk with a customer representative who speaks greek, but last time i called there was none available
