Slow and non-transparent application of deposits, poor customer support
Very slow and non-transparent application of deposits - e.g Initial transfer applied within 24 hours, next transfer with exact same transfer details still not credited after at least T+4 days.
No deposit DEGIRO settlement / crediting timeframes obviously visible online (beyond general 2-3 SEPA days indication in Help Q&A page), no response to emails with supporting evidence or telephone call.
Great initial account opening and deposit experience, but unviable if fund application is not reliable, funds are not secure, if investment funds need to be sent over a week in advance of trades and no timely or genuine customer service support.

Regarding the transfer of money: If your bank offers SEPA Instant Payments, the amount will be credited to your account and available for within 5 seconds.
Some banks offer this as standard for all deposits, while others offer it as an additional service, for which you may have to pay extra. For more information and to see if your bank offers SEPA Instant Payments, contact your bank.

Thanks for sharing! We are constantly monitoring if we can add more products and exchanges. However, adding new ones it is easier said then done unfortunately. Regarding real time pricing; we believe that you only want to pay for what you use. So if you only trade on your 'home' market then you see the real time prices. Not everyone trades on US exchanges for example. That is why there is a subscription model there for example.
Unfortunately, shared DEGIRO accounts are not allowed. Should this change in the future, we will be sure to share this with our clients of course.

The best advantage on this platform is the Low fees
The best advantage on this platform is the Low fees and second that is easy platform for trading. The only things that must make better is to have more ETFs from USA market and to create Dollars accounts for his costumers, not only in Euro. Also it will be better to have chat for costumer support.

Please go to our website, go to Help and look for Auto FX and Manual. If you buy and sell something in USD the funds remain as USD in your account in Manual mode. You can convert these back to EUR when you want. However, the fees are different. If you have any questions on that, make sure to contact our Service Desk per mail!
